Excellent service. I do most my filing online. This time I had a question called their support number. Spoke with Ron A.
What a great experience. Answered all my questions but the most important part is when we accidentally got disconnected due to my phone. As usual, I figured I’d have to call support back start all over, but this time Ron A called me seconds later. We continued the conversation. I’m very impressed with Swiss filing and now with their support team backing their great products. I highly recommend swift filing and if you end up calling support, ask for Ron A.
