Purchased blind as no showroom near where I live. Ordered a 2 seater / double sofa bed which will only be used on occasions. The item fitted up some narrow, turning stairs into loft space which other sofa beds would not be able to

Beautiful sofabed
There is a *lot* of cardboard for these big boxes, so I’d probably opt to pay the extra to have that taken away for me if I bought from Swyft again, as it took quite a while to break the boxes down.

I needed a change of delivery date due to a family emergency. Customer services responded very quickly and sorted it with the minimum of fuss. They were helpful and considerate. Absolutely 5 star service. Ordered the sofa bed on Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday. It arrived first thing, very courteous guys, they unwrapped it and took away the box. Couldn’t be any happier. Sofa is fantastic quality. Would highly recommend.

The chair is stunning, it's perfect. Great colour and a great price. Unfortunately I had to take a day off work that cost me a great deal of money and it didn't get delivered, making a really good price a very expensive one.

Lamp arrived incomplete, multiple missing parts
I ordered a lamp from Swyft. First, the delivery courier was rude, complaining that the delivery was a waste of time because he got lost on the way.
Next, I unpack the box and multiple key parts of the lamp (screws and connecting poles) are missing. I can't build it.
I contact customer support, and am told that the missing parts are out of stock. The lamp is now out of stock too, so I cannot get a replacement; I have to return the whole thing.
Now I have been told it will take up to 7 working days to get a refund... on the product I never fully received.
2 stars because the lamp would have looked great if it could actually be assembled.
I will not be ordering from Swyft again, this has been such a headache of an experience.

Super comfy and worth every penny
I ordered this after some heavy research, for something that could replace my two-seater that gave me neck and back pain.
Funnily enough, this is the same size and a three-seater.
Modular means of I ever move again, no more having to pay someone to pivot.
The comfort is out of this world.
Looks great.
Hopefully last me a lifetime.
Service was excellent.
Paid for the white glove and removal service. The guys were excellent too.

Delivery service was awful
Delivery service was awful. I paid for delivery through Swyft. AIT Home Delivery, the delivery company then changed the delivery window 3 times including the day of the final delviery with a 1 hour notice that they would be 2.5 hours late. The delivery crew was rude, didn't want to help and left a huge m ess.
