Delivery service was awful
Delivery service was awful. I paid for delivery through Swyft. AIT Home Delivery, the delivery company then changed the delivery window 3 times including the day of the final delviery with a 1 hour notice that they would be 2.5 hours late. The delivery crew was rude, didn't want to help and left a huge m ess.

Very happy with the product quality, dispatch time and delivery experience. Shipped quickly and the courier duo who handled the delivery were amazing. Hoisted a big heavy box over the cars on the driveway, into the room where it was going, then took away all the packaging! Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.

I ordered a 3 seater sofa with matching…
I ordered a 3 seater sofa with matching ottoman on Sunday...and it was delivered on The following Wednesday, drivers came in time, they put the sofa together and took away the packaging.

Fantastic looking table
The box packing was really good and the table was immaculate when I put it together. Great looking by table. Easy to put together and looks great. I was really impressed. No faults at all. Price was a tad on the hot side but by very little. I would still say this is better value than anywhere else. I will definitely look at other furniture.

Beautiful sideboard!
Ordered a sideboard - communication and delivery were smooth and the sideboard is beautiful, plus it was on sale at a decent price!
It’s well made - there was a small scratch on the top of it but Swyft sent someone out to fix it and offered us a discount so we were more than happy with the response to something going wrong. Feels like a solid bit of furniture that we will keep for many years.

Kept informed of delivery lead time throughout , was offered earlier delivery than originally planned. Drivers gave 30 mins notice. Table was as advertised and decent quality / sturdy. Will use swyft again even if a little more pricey than competitors

Not Swyft for delivery to Ireland
We ordered a bed from Swyft for delivery in Ireland. We placed the order on 1 February 2026. Based on our experience it is clear Swyft is not set up for delivering to Ireland. Apart from being given 7 different delivery dates, when the package arrived it was missing the bedframe which didn’t arrive for a further 2 weeks despite a promise of the matter being dealt with urgently. Last package arrived 3 April. We did not feel that between Swyft, Pallet Xpress or AIT anyone was either well organised or communicated with us in a useful or clear way.
No issue with the product but the delivery process needs serious work.

Met our high expectations!
We ordered a dining table with matching chairs and bench. We loved being able to choose the fabric to suit our needs. The free swatches made selecting easy. My partner is extremely fussy when it comes to buying furniture as his hobby is woodwork so he is very aware of quality craftsmanship/ materials and has very high standards! So we were a little nervous about buying from the internet but the messaging service enabled him to ask questions and have confidence in what we were buying. The furniture arrived in just 2 days and we are thrilled with the entire set! Absolutely gorgeous design, we chose the darker wood which feels modern yet timeless and will be sure to last us well into the future. The quality is superb and we are so glad we took the plunge and chose Swyft. Many thanks to all the team!

Disappointing. & Poor customer service.
When the crew showed up with my package, it was supposed to be assembled also. Instead it was left in a pile on the floor, outside of its box without instructions.
I called customer service & they sent another crew all the way out here again who said that they didn’t have the expertise to set up the 5 lamps I bought.. their boss instructed them to attempt it anyway (which they did beautifully!)
However, 1 of the lamps (the tall one) arrived without its lampshade. So it really doesn’t do me any good. I emailed customer service support about it & they asked me for an identification # off the bottom of the lamp.
I immediately checked for that, as requested, & I saw NOTHING-no markings, no letters, nothing whatsoever anywhere on the lamp! I relayed this info directly & immediately to customer service who gave NO RESPONSE. That was nearly a week ago. The holiday didn’t happen until today.
I’ve patiently waited, I’ve followed all instructions & I paid a premium for these items. So my experience with Swyft has been quite disappointing, I won’t lie.
I’ve been considering where to buy a king bed frame, more chairs & several additional items from. & I had hoped Swyft would be the company I could count on to purchase those. It seems my search will continue…

Fabulous leather dining chairs !!
We ordered 4 leather dining chairs on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived within 48 hours! We were sent a sample of the leather and the whole experience was positive. Communication was great. We were able to track delivery, they arrived on time - in fact we were asked if we would like them delivered earlier in the week! The chairs are fabulous and I would highly recommend Swyft and I do not get the chance to say that very often! Highly delighted - thankyou
