Swyft have been fantastic!
My experience with Swyft has been amazing from start to finish - ordering, delivery and aftersales service when my purchase didn't work in the room and I wanted to exchange my sofa for another colour.
The delivery men were extremely helpful, putting shoe covers on their shoes when coming in the house, taking the sofa up to the first floor and taking all packaging away.
The support team have been fabulous, allowing me to swop my sofa and sorting out the admin and a speedy delivery for the replacement. I can't rate this company highly enough.

Superb Customer Service
A small issue happened with the frame of the sofa I bought 18 months ago. There was a no quibble replacement under the 15 year warranty. A lesson for other companies to learn about excellent customer service.

I was looking for a sofa-bed for sleeping
I was looking for a sofa-bed to primarily serve as a comfortable bed, for guests and for those of us in household needing a night’s sleep away from the babs. After a lot of research, I decided to buy the model 08, which had glowing reviews re its comfort and didn’t break the bank. Whilst I cannot fault the customer service, delivery, build quality, and ease of assembly, and it looks great, it is extremely firm both to sit and to lie on (I would have appreciated any review that said this before I bought!). I like a firm mattress, but even for me, it was too firm to get a good night’s sleep on the first try - even with a low-end topper. However, I persevered and bought a decent memory foam topper (Panda) and now realise that this is where magic happens - this is a sofa bed made to have a memory foam topper, and with one, it is as good and supportive as any actual mattress. So, in conclusion, a good buy, but needs a decent memory foam topper.
I would suggest that Swyft include a topper with their sofa beds, rather than charging additional £ for one

How to describe my experience with the extraordinary people at Swyft? A really exceptional one: Because of a number of unexpected events I had reason to communicate on the phone and via email with several Swyft operatives on several occasions. On every one of them I was met with extreme kindness, generosity, good humour and an amazing ability to find solutions. Nothing ever appeared to be too much of a problem for them. We deserve better for these prices
The delivery service was great - but the product and customer service? definetely not good. On the face of it it all looks good, they answer the phone quickly and are polite but nothing every happens - your emails are not answered until chased - then they completely ignore the issue.
Spent £1.6K on a 3 seater sofa. There was something fundamentally wrong with it - the arm would not fit so another was ordered with a week lead time so I asked for this one to be left.
After a week I noticed that it was visibly sagging where I had sat at the most 5 -6 times - I am not a heavyweight btw! I have been trying to get an answer as to why this happened and what my rights are if this should also happen to the new sofa being delivered. I sent photos and was asked to send photo of a label under the sofa - well this sofa weighs a ton - I can't even push it and a male friend could not lift it at all.
Their response has been basically to stonewall. 4 calls, 3 emails later I give up and will keep my fingers crossed but I will be back if I have the same issue again.
Would I recommend this company? No I am afraid I would not. Would I recommend their goods? No, I am afraid I would not.
All fur coat and no knickers I think the saying is. For these prices we deserve better.

Speedy Delivery and Great Quality
Ordered one day and arrived the next morning! Fastest ever delivery! The delivery drivers were also careful and considerate. The dining chairs were super easy to put together, no wonky business as with other companies. Great quality, comfy and apparently real leather. Wished I had discovered Swyft earlier.

Swyft charged for services not ordered
I have an established 501c3 nonprofit. I hired swift to file a dba in the newspaper.
They charged me $177 and filed paperwork with the state instead.
I had to use another source to file the dba. I told them I would not work with them again. 2 days later they charged me another 174 for a compliance guarantee which I NEVER ordered AND said they would renew it.
Bottom line. They did not provide the service I hired them for and charged me over $350 for services I never asked for.
Be careful with these people.
