I'm a beginner to Cryptocurrency, Swyftx is pretty simple to use.

The team at swyft were very responsive to our requests. Carlos went out of his way to assist us and make sure our transactions went smoothly.

I enjoy using Swyftx as their rates are pretty competitive with an extensive options to purchase cryptos. Their service are also great as i recently had to help my brother to activate his Swyftx account.

I had the best professional experience with swyftx. And I meen really professional 😊. I will recommend for everyone who want a secure 🔐 safe Australian company.

I wanted to set up a crypto wallet. I first spoke to their AI chatbot, and I ended up going around in circles.
I had to keep verifying my details even tho this was all ready done....
Next, I think I spoke to a human. But wait over 15 minutes for a response.
It didn't read the chats with the AI Bot, so I had to start over.

If one person can not take the time to speak with you for 5 minutes and is instead dealing with other ppl at the same time, and then blaming high support demands, it's time to rethink how you do your job.

This is not professional customer service.

I WOULD SAY. STAY AWAY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

All I wanted was a crypto wallet, but they couldn't answer my question.

The only fast thing they did was close my account when I asked them.

This was done in seconds.

After reading all the bad reviews, I'm glad they couldn't help me.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....

They are controlling. Never allowing us to send crypto to anyone or any place that is not ourselves. The verification is pedantic and limited to using the app for a more seamless experience.

I did not find it easy to use outside of buying and selling. I certainly was not happy to find one of my favorite cryptos unavailable.

This service is not for me. Support often misunderstood my needs.

I'd prefer to give it a 1, however I can see how it suits other people.

Very easy onboarding, easy swaps/trades, successful receipt of funds from local and overseas, crypto to fiat, fiat to crypto, bank to exchange and exchange to bank. Effortlessly digital saving/trading/investing.

Very helpful and fast customer service. Choice of assets is many. Fees are fair.

Swyftx has always been an easy to use platform, I love how easily digestible the information is. I can also appreciate the brief description of an asset before I make a purchase.

The Swyftx team guided me through the process and helped me recover the funds and reinstate them in my account. Excellent service. Very happy customer.

Exceptional quick response for recovering fund, when the other provider made mistake.

I deposited money into Swyftx, but when I tried to withdraw it, my account was suddenly restricted without explanation. I’ve already verified my identity, yet they’ve disabled my deposits and withdrawals and directed me to a non-functioning chatbot that doesn’t connect you with any human support.

All I’ve received since are generic automated replies with no actual help. I currently have no access to my funds, and my request for resolution has been completely ignored.

I’ve lodged a complaint with AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority) regarding Swyftx’s handling of verified customer accounts and their failure to provide meaningful support.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting experience. If you value transparency and reliable access to your own money, I recommend looking elsewhere.

An easy site to use once one gets used to it. Quick exchanges and great visibility of my account. I know what's going on at a glance. Very exciting times.
