Was using another exchange and found myself waiting days for my deposits, Swyftx is pretty much 30 seconds to 2 minutes for the transfer..

Also I was a beginner and the chat staff on the app are great, made a few rookie mistakes and they explained where I went wrong. can’t say I’ve had an issue with this..

Will hold your account to ransom if you even think about trying to transfer out of your wallet. 100% oversight on what you do which goes exactly against what crypto was setup to be. Might as well get into bed with the "Big 4 banks" of Australia. Way to go buckling to governance.

Terrible. On par with CoinBase as one of the worst exchanges currently available for AUD deposit. They will freeze your account as soon as you try to transfer crypto out to your wallet or another exchange, claiming unfounded and unspecified security concerns. Customer service is unhelpful.

Decently cheap fees, great support team, good app, only thing was it being a little hard at first to transfer to my other wallet but other than that it is a good service

SWYFTX has been very easy to use and the support, when required, has been timely and useful. Depositing fiat is easy and buying and withdrawing have also proved no issues - just do a check before you purchase to see if you are able to conduct the transaction you desire before purchase, i.e., if you want to buy and withdraw make sure that the withdraw function is offered.

Using Swyftx for the past month has been very pleasant overall. It is very easy to use and navigate. Also deposits using PayID are near instant, which is extremely useful. Would recommend to anyone wanting a straightforward app to trade cryptocurrency.

Very thorough security wise, extremely helpful and have great faith they’ll take care of my investments and yours.

Easy to open trust and SMSF account. I was able to deposit and withdraw money easily. Purchased BTC easily. Then also very easy to download it to a hard wallet. Overall fantastic experience on Swyftx. From opening complex entity accounts to support. Couple of times I had questions and live support was there to assist.

Only issue is some banks restrict access to depositing funds into Swyftx so I had to open bank account in a bank that allowed me to deposit funds into Swyftx.
