Last night of camping saw 80 to 90 mph winds. Trailer hardly wiggled, the GoZebo got tossed about with only one pole getting kinked, all others stayed normal, popup kitchen canopy pretty much destroyed. Tough stuff. Purchasing new poles was simple. Only glitch was the chatbot having trouble understanding the issue. Everything else was great.

The cylinder of the lock of the frunk of my Go broke while I was using it over the weekend. I sent a video to Sylvan of it and ask them the best way to fix it and they went ahead and sent me a new lock entirely! I really appreciate the prompt response and care in their product!

Everything was done on line and the sale went smoothly. Shipped the next day. As usual it was all great.

Ordering was easy and the price was fantastic. I've been wanting one of the Deluxe Camp Kitchens and the price was too good to pass up.

Super easy to use and user friendly. The only issue I had was that it prompted me for a coupon code before I was able to continue. The only code I had was WELCOME10, the initial code emailed to me when I set up my account, so I used that one. Hopefully that was okay. Other than that everything was perfect.

I watched a lot of videos before driving from Jacksonville, FL to Brevard, NC to actually see the Go camper.. Loved the demo and, obviously, the quality of the product, as we bought it within an hour and a half. Trailered it home behind my Subaru Outback and it is in our garage. I would suggest that the salesman give their customer their card with their designated telephone number and email address so if any questions arise after they drive off the lot they can get a quick answer

Overall a great experience - a small company, worked with us on timing and delivery, and just awesome people! Highly recommend SylvanSport. Oh - not to mention, a great trailer!

Experience was okay, but after offering 10% off (pop-up), I signed up, but the email code didn’t arrive until after I ordered. I questioned it to learn, it’s not applicable on discounted/sale items. That should’ve been clear! Also, they don’t offer Apple Pay.

Florian was very helpful from start to finish on this purchase! Floian helped to facilitate all that was needed for us to buy our Go Camper! We are very happy with the service! We are looking forward to having it in our possession next week. Great company! 👍
