There was many confusing emails regarding the status of my order. My credit card was charged immediately, but I kept getting emails from Sylvan saying my order was not complete and to go back to their order page to complete the order

I taped on the message to save 10% and then entered my email and submitted. I had already put in my purchase. When I finished my purchase there was no 10% discount.

The purchasing and products are good. I wish the product was made here in the USA!! I also wish it would have been clear that the breezeway was included in the purchase of the Gozeebo.

Although interaction with an actual person was almost nonexistent, SylvanSport provided a very efficient purchase process with no unpleasant surprises, together with surprisingly fast delivery of my GO trailer and its accessories in excellent condition. The on-line resources available are very helpful, and I'm looking forward to my first camping experience with it. Maybe I'll add a follow-up review.

Customer Service agent Matt Schneider was awesome. I had reviewed my trailer order and found when I had wanted the longer tongue it didn’t take into the final order. I contacted customer service and notified them of the issue and I was willing to pay the difference before the trailer shipped. It was fixed very quickly and without a hitch.

Sylvan was quick to identify and assemble the parts I needed to repair my GO. Parts arrived fairly quickly (one week via ground). All communication was handled via email with no issues. Good job!

Your service department is stellar. Just this last week while camping a couple and a single woman excitedly came to see my set up. I told each of your excellent support and integrity. It lived up to that standard today.

The bot chat was not helpful and I had to leave the site to search for a tire for your trailer and ended up finding it on your site anyway just from an outside search. Also $300 for a tire mount? Seems like you are taking advantage of your costumers.
