I regret buying from this brand Avoid sylvi - not worth the money or headache

Good, bad and what can be improves.
I will be precise with my reviews and do it in bullets.
1. The watch quality feels great, looks really sturdy and reliable.
2. Watch design also looks great but the engraved diamond design makes it harder to pair watch casually in daily use, if diamond engraved design wasn’t there it would have been great and could be my daily use watch which can be paired with tshirts as well.
3. It’s regarding the watch buckle. Buckle is too big which makes it very uncomfortable to wear it, a simple buckle or smaller butterfly buckle like used in starboard or Rig one series but with leather strapwould be great choice.
4. As it’s an automatic matching thickness of watch increases, if possible to reduce the thickness, please do it like it is done by hmt watches, they have moved the dial little closer to edge levelling it where is the glass is placed and they use curved glass. If looked from side we can glass is coming out of the case and watch dial very near to top of watch case almost at par with case height. For reference, hmt kohinoor and Timex marlin use thia deign to reduce thickness or I say they Bulged watch glass design.
