Do not buy if based on the uk

Do not buy if based on the uk! This is a USA based company and returns to the address is at the customer expense. It is costing between £16-20 to try and return the item. This was not made clear on their website.
The item itself is good quality however the chains are too long and it is not unisex as stated. It said it was minimal- it is not- it is nearer the look of Mr T.
I would not buy from them again. Very misleading.
After a number of emails back and forth, I have now been provided with a solution.

Excellent prices and customer service

I have had my eye on Sylvian Grant items for a while and finally decided to purchase a necklace that I am very happy about. When I followed up with their customer support team with a question, they were incredibly responsive and professional. I will definitely be returning to shop here

Poor quality product and refund request being ignored

Following on from my review below, the customer service team have responded and sorted out the refund which is why I have upgraded my review. In the end the the customer service team have been really good.

The tennis bracelets arrived today and although I have not opened both of them, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the silver one and would like to send them both back for a refund.

The clasp on the silver one is wonky and doesn't close properly and the bracelet itself has a rough finish and kept snagging on the top I was wearing when I tried it on.

Can you let me know what I need to do to get a refund.

Poor Customer Service …

Ive sent two emails now as the present i brought for my friend she is not too happy with.
I would like to exchange but my emails have had no response. This is very disappointing as I checked all the reviews before I purchased the items.

Excellent customer service and beautiful jewellery!

Prompt and efficient help and beautiful jewellery. I had inadvertently not inserted the discount code when ordering and so contacted the company explaining what had happened. They replied later that morning and said the 20% discount would be refunded asap. Excellent customer service. Will definitely shop with Sylvian Grant again!

Exceptional customer service

This company is truly a breath of fresh air. I purchased the minimal 2mm tennis bracelet and after a little wait, I received my bracelet. It was well packaged and very shiny. I immediately put it on and it was gorgeous. I noticed however after a few days that it was snagging my fluffy jumpers so I wrote an email to customer service and within 48 hours, I had a reply from Helen in customer services. Her response was personalised and she listened to me... this was most definitely not a cut and past reply and made me feel like a valued customer. She offered me the chance to have it replaced or to choose something else. I decided to keep it and in the meantime, she had already arranged to ship me a new bracelet. She was very forward thinking. The second bracelet arrived and I have been wearing it ever since. It hasn't really snagged on my clothing and I love it!!
Don't hesitate to order, apart from a little delay in the shipping the final product is worth waiting for!

The customer service from this company was exceptional.

The customer service from this company was exceptional.
I ordered a chain with pendant and unfortunately it was broken when it arrived.
They couldn’t have been anymore helpful , they got back to me straight away with an apology and sent me out a replacement which I have now received.
They kept in touch letting me know my replacement was on its way. Could not fault them whatsoever.
Loved my chain and pendant. Can thoroughly recommend.

Doubble payment

Its the 16th today and i ordred my minmal pendant neckless on the 7th.

When i made my purchase first time it said payment sucessful, but i never recieved confirmation. Later i got a mail saying its still in the card amd payment didnt go through, if i still wanted to place the order. 2nd time everything went smooth. Few days later i can see that i got a double payment. 1 week later i can see that they are sending 2 sperate orderes. Even though i already messeged custommer service on the 10th of march 6 days ago.

Great resolution

My bracelet broke soon after receiving it. When I contacted customer support, the issue was resolved immediately. They have shipped a new bracelet to me. I appreciate the prompt, friendly, and exemplary service.
