Unfortunately a stone fell out of my Minimal Tennis Bracelet and left a rough edge where the stone was. I was kinda mad about it. It was practically brand new! I kept wearing it because no one knew but me that it was missing a stone. It was not a great idea to keep wearing it - the rough edge caught on something and my bracelet broke! BUT after emailing Customer Service about the incident they told me they would send me a new bracelet right away. Accidents happen - and Sylvian Grant really does stands behind their lifetime warranty. So give them a try. I will order again!!

I ordered the minimalist gold tennis bracelet in December 2025. I have worn it every day since I received it. Earlier this week, it broke between two of the stones. I contacted customer service by email with a picture of the broken bracelet. The very next day, they emailed back that a replacement had been shipped. Customer service is great and I couldn't be more pleased with this experience.

I'm still sitting here with my jaw on the floor. I purchased 2 minimal tennis bracelets. They are absolutely beautiful. I love them stacked with SG silver minimal bracelets. They are stunning bracelets stacked together. I accidentally broke both tennis bracelets rough housing with my dog. I was upset with myself. SG has a lifetime warranty so I reached out to see if there was anything that I could do. Helen, at SG cheerfully asking for a photograph of my broken jewelry. As soon as I sent the photo, I received word that both bracelets were being replaced and my replacement jewelry would be shipped immediately. You have a customer for life. Beautiful products and excellent customer service! I'm blown away. Thank you, SG and Helen.

I’ve been wearing my gold minimal pendant and box chain daily since I received them several months ago and get so many compliments. I absolutely love them. Customer service is top notch too.

This was the very first time that I had ordered from this company. I have previously ordered numerous items from their competitors company and website however in searching through items I found appealing I really enjoyed the style and selections offered on this website. After selecting and purchasing my items I was delighted to see how quickly my items arrived to my home. Upon receiving my order I found one of the items to be defective. I reached out to the company and much to my surprise received a response the very same day from Helen in customer service requesting I send a photo of the damaged product, which I did and sent an email back to Helen. Shortly that same day I received yet another email from Helen stating that not only would she be sending a replacement item she also sent a coupon for a dollar amount to use on future orders. I cannot begin to express how elated I am with the customer service of this company. Between their concerns of the damaged item and then the expedience of how the situation was handled, I am so completely happy with the outcome. With so many options for consumers to choose from when purchasing items online, it’s quite refreshing to see that companies put in that extra effort to see that their clients do really come first over profits! A job well done ! In chatting to friends and family I will do my part to compliment this particular business and will refer this company when asked where I purchased my jewelry from.
