Terrible

Terrible, they rejected my KYC on a platform which I have been using for years now. No reason given. This is costing me money and they are not responding to my messages.

Absolute trash in terms of support

Absolute trash in terms of support. They provide KYC for one of the blockchains - for node operators, it's required to pass documents to them. If there is a problem they do not respond at all. I have been waiting 10 days and no response. They should burn in hell.

Totally useless app

Totally useless app, been trying to scan my face all day and the stupid app keeps telling me to bring the phone so close it is nearly touching my nose, what a piece of junk.

The worse KYC Company so far

The worse KYC Company so far. Have passed several in the past. Uphold, Nash, Pchain, CB
1. There is absolutely no support.
2. Their revision process took almost a day or two, which is kind of odd, since usually those apps process the KYC by AI in minutes.
3. My Document was rated as not compliant, no idea why.
Honestly dont use them - if you can avoid them.

Worst KYC Provider! Recommend projects to use other KYC Provider!

I had to do KYC for Polkastarter for the DOSE token IDO sale. My KYC application had been rejected and Synaps requested me to submit my KYC again. I submitted my KYC and I was waiting for at least 5 days for them to review my KYC. All the way till the IDO launch on Polkastarter, my KYC was showing pending and never processed. I also sent more than 8 emails prior to the DOSE token IDO launch. I even went to Telegram channels for both DOSE & Polkastarter and the admins just kept advising to wait for Synaps and to send them emails which I did. I even went to Synaps Twitter and dropped them a DM to request them to advise on my KYC status. My only guess was Synaps KYC team was on holiday for 5-6 days. I would recommend if anyone needed a job to work at Synaps because it seems no one does any work at at and earn a salary.

Very poor onboarding process for a KYC…

Very poor onboarding process for a KYC company. Document verification takes hours and their phone approval process is very buggy and does not send you the necessary verification codes and then rejects you when you ask them to re-send a code.

They do not have any support ticketing system so you have no idea if your email fell into a black hole and their twitter feed is full of complaints about unresponsive support.

Avoid using these people for your KYC processes if you can.
