Pretty great and a unique experience.

The order process was straight forward. However there was a sizeable delay and no real updates for almost a week during the shipping process. It was stuck in China for approximately 1.5 weeks for some reason or another with minimal updates and information. Had to reach out to the logistics team for help before receiving any updates however they were pretty responsive and great.

The product itself feels pretty awesome.
For context:
I have the fleshlight launch, kiiroo interactive devices, some open source projects and such.

This product is by far the most polished. Its easy to clean and its feels pretty great. The syncing is honestly hit or miss. Sometimes it works great and other times its all over the place. It will not beat say a human being doing the manual syncing and timings for intensity, but all in all, I'd say its promising and a good product.

Syncbot looks and feels great

For starters, the packaging was very thorough and the box the syncbot came in was sturdy and very neat looking.

Assembling and disassembling the Scabbard sleeve was confusing the first time around, but after figuring it out, it became much easier. However, turning the top part of the Scabbard onto the other two parts during reassembly is still frustrating. It's hard to get the threads to line up properly, so I usually have to fiddle with it for a while. Otherwise, taking the Scabbard apart and cleaning it is very easy. While drying, it's easy for dirt to cling onto the Scabbard because of it's sticky material, which can be difficult to wash or wipe off.

Connecting Syncbot to Syncplayer is very easy, and Syncplayer is relatively straightforward in it's design. While using the Syncbot, it does an amazing job (for the most part) at syncing up with videos. The only times where it hasn't worked was with videos that have weird camera angles or when there's no penetration happening on screen.

The Syncbot can be very intense, which can easily become overwhelming. To counteract that, there are intensity sliders on Syncplayer and Syncfree (more on that later), which do help, as well as a gesture control on the Syncbot itself that reduces intensity. In use, the Syncbot feels great, but it can be frustrating to use when you're trying to last a long time.

If there is one big drawback from Syncbot, it's Syncfree. You can't sync videos with Syncfree, and the only controls on the app are the same ones found on Syncplayer. I personally don't see a reason to ever use Syncfree. Since you have to plug in a USB dongle into a PC to turn the Syncbot on anyways, you may as well just use Syncplayer. Syncfree does not work with Syncbot unless the dongle is plugged in. On top of that, connecting the Syncbot to Syncfree via bluetooth take a very long time, even when right next to each other. Even after connecting, it takes a while for the Syncbot to actually sync up to the controls in Syncfree. I usually have to disconnect and reconnect a few times just for the movements to catch up and match the controls accurately.

Overall, the Syncbot is a well-built, very enjoyable sex toy. Cleanup and disassembly is easy, but reassembly can be a little frustrating (unless you have the Caliper). Software and connection issues can be irritating at times, but when it works, it's great. The team at Valor & Toughness seem like they genuinely care about updating and improving the Syncbot, as well as listening to feedback from customers, so I'd expect things only to get better as time goes on.

Great product

Set up was much easier than I anticipated. The video analysis feature is good. There is room for improvement but the fact that you can analyze any video you want is amazing. I’m hoping they will add a vr player to the sync video player. The product itself provides great sensations due to the 3 different sections of the product. It’s price point is a bit high but I have no regrets.

Already incredibly impressive, with even more potential.

Out of the box, this device offers a truly unique experience. Setting up the software and getting the toy up and running was a breeze, and the analysis took less time than expected.
Now, perhaps the most important feedback I can give is that the analysis, while impressively accurate when it does work, does not always properly recognize gaps in action. The transition from fast movement to a total void when scenes are ongoing can feel jarring and confusing at times.
Additionally, I've heard some complaints about the toy being loud. For reference, I found these were at about microwave-levels of volume.
All in all, however, I can't help but find myself suitably impressed by the technology showcased in this sleek-looking device. Here's to hoping that the user experience only gets better as the software backing this amazing toy gets more and more refined.

The Syncbot is definitely a game changer

The Syncbot is definitely a game changer. Its unique ability to stroke, twist, and create a vacuum is what sets it apart. To make your purchase even better the company is very transparent and responsive. The Ai software that analyze videos works as a good surprise to the reactions the syncbot generates during play. I look forward to the development of this product as it will only get better from here.

Great new toy.

Great new toy.
It took awhile to arrive but once it did it got up and running very quick. while the sync dongle comes with a old version of the syncplayer. The company made sure to send the new version that can be updated much easier very quickly. It can take some time downloading and analyzing videos and not all are perfect. As a new User I'm hoping the browser will solve that. This product has some great potential hope they keep it up.

Almost Perfect

Would rate a 4.5 if I could, it's almost perfect. It's already at the top of the long list of toys I own but could be even better with updates and features coming in the future. A unique experience that's hard to describe. I can pretty much control when I reach that point, things ended quickly with the syncbot and out of my control completely. After climax stokers like the handy are to aggressive to continue. With the syncbot it keeps inhaling you and can continue through cool down to the next one. Looks like most recent update added a "O button"(can't use the other word in review) so the syncbot continues no matter what action is on screen so your O point is not interrupted. V&T seem to be very open and receptive to their community and upon purchase you get access to their discord where you can speak with the team and share ideas. Can't wait to see what's next for syncbot.

Will edit review once I've use more of the applications available for syncbot.

good, but..

I am currently using mac, so I was not able to experience the player. I just used syncbot with my phone, and it was still very good. The rotation and the stroke was very satisfying. It would be great if the programs of syncbot support mac (M1/M2). I am anticipating it.

SyncBot Review

Had no problems with any step in the process. It arrived in 4 days and works perfectly. I did not need to contact customer support so I cannot touch on that.
The syncbot toy is a very interesting compared to similarly advertised toys on the market currently. It has a different set of sensations and is very pleasant. I own several stroking toys and this toy is easier to use and more interesting than all of them. The AI works much better than expected and keeps things from ever getting repetitive.

Great toy

Fast shipping, great packaging. Feels very premium. Software seems to work pretty well. Very easy to use and to clean. More stimulating than the handy, if the ecosystem opens up and its easier to use with existing scripts it could be the go to. Minus a star for not working with VR content yet.

Excellent idea but maybe not ready for some people

I've been a long time Handy user who 3D printed a part that holds any onahole. I've also collected a bunch of free scripts from the wonderful users of EroScripts.

Currently, the only reasonable way to get scripts for the Syncbot is using their SyncPlayer to generate them from locally saved scenes. The newest version of it does not allow using files on a network drive. An older version did so hopefully that feature returns because all of my files are saved on a NAS. The generated scripts are OK but there is a lot of extra motion when nothing is happening. There is also their SyncBrowser that allows using scenes directly from websites like PornHub but they lock access to it behind writing a review. I'm assuming those scripts use the same generation technique and will have the same problems. They can take 5-10 minutes per-scene to generate and can sometimes fail requiring starting over so plan ahead. Since scripts are only based on the actions in a scene, things like PMVs are not possible. Hopefully this changes in the future and some additional scripting tools become available. I don't have any interest in it but there is also an Android app that was removed from the play store. You might be able to get the APK and side-load but it will require messaging someone in their discord.

Playing the scripts in SyncPlayer is dead simple. They are always in sync with the scene. Hopefully they grant me access to SyncBrowser after leaving a largely negative review and it is also simple to use. The Handy, in comparison, can be a little more difficult to get working. The Handy has an old version of the device's API and some websites still use it leading to strange behavior. The Handy's own website almost always works today but even it had issues in the past.

Comparing the 1D stroking behavior of the Handy and Syncbot, the Handy is a clear victor. The Handy has a larger range and because I'm able to use almost any onahole sleeve, the sensations can be varied. The Handy's messiness is dependent on the onahole/sleeve being used. I remember the one that comes with it not leaking in use. The Syncbot can get a little messy since it uses holes on the front to push out extra air. It's is cool feature because after the extra air is out, it can seal on your fupa area giving it some suction power. Maybe future sleeve/scabbards can let the air out in a less messy way. That has to be the end of the Handy comparisons because the Syncbot has 2 unique features where it really shines. It can rotate and squeeze and especially in combination, these features are incredible. One of the first scenes I tried had a few sections with heavy swirling and I found myself rewinding for it. If custom scripting becomes an option, I can't wait for people to go crazy with those features.

I opted for the "Lite" package so I didn't get the tool that makes disassembling it easier but it wasn't too difficult to take it apart for cleaning. The user guide implies it's OK to clean it without taking it apart but I'm not sure how good of an idea that is unless you are extra thorough. The Handy allows easy removal of the sleeve so cleaning it is quite a bit simpler.

I was seriously impressed by the packaging. The UPS guy had me a little worried since I heard him drop the box from probably waist height but it came boxed and protected like a tank. It came in a plain brown box with nice dense foam holding the inner box in place. Even the inner box has molded dense foam inside holding all parts tightly.

It is well advertised what comes in the box so there were no surprises but it strange how the "Lite" package is missing a charging cable and a plastic disassembly tool. Also, the cable on the dongle is extremely short and it is required to be within 50cm of the Syncbot so a USB extension cable, cable ties, and velco/tape might be necessary. Another strange thing was the SyncPlayer version that came pre-loaded on the dongle was a old version that didn't have an in-app updater. The SyncPlayer app isn't available on their website at all so I had to use their discord to ask for a new version and even that version wasn't the latest. Luckily, the version I got had an in-app updater so that problem is solved and I would expect that eventually the version that comes on the dongle for new customers will be one of the newer versions with the updater. Call be crazy but I'm not a fan of having to use any kind of socials for a sex toy.

I think the tech is really cool with a lot of potential but I can't recommend someone buy it today. If new sleeves become available, the script generator improves, custom scripting gets supported, and they start hosting all of their software on their website, then I would definitely change my recommendation.

Revolutionary Toy

Over the years I've used many teledildonics adjacent devices. I started with the RealTouch way back when, then moved onto the Launch, The Handy, OSR, etc. I've also purchased toys like the Autoblow, Titan, etc. and several more that aren't worth mentioning.

The SyncBot blows almost all of them out of the water. This is the toy I was hoping would exist all those years ago. That isn't to say there can't be improvements and some more QOL features but hands down this is one of the best male pleasure devices on the market right now.

Hardware:
The feel of this device is supremely unique and is mindblowing. The only true comparison is the SR6 and I would say that this beats it out for the simple reason that the device is fully self-contained and doesn't risk injury due to poorly timed ejection from the device. That being said, the SR6 is a more human feeling sensation which can fool you into believing you are having the experience with another human. It is very clear with the SyncBot that it is a robot doing the work. However, that doesn't make it feel any less amazing. It's just different. The combination of tightening, thrusting, and spinning creates a sensation that is more than the sum of it's parts and really just needs to be felt to be believed.

Software:
The software right now is probably the only relatively weak link in the experience. The CNN AI can't always accurately capture what is happening in videos but that can be fine tuned down the line with more data and updates.

The player itself is very sleek and works well but currently lacks several QOL features such as a search/sort/organizational capability for the library and there is no re-analyze feature. It also really needs VR support which would take this to the next level.

Fun2Sync works instantly but I think it would make sense for it to be analyze scripts/videos in batches in such a way that we could give it a folder and it would convert all the same named pairs to acttracks.

Customer Service:
The company is very good at reaching out and making sure you have a good experience. They respond quickly to any questions and are active on their Discord for feedback and updates.

Update:
After having participated in the SyncBrowser Beta I have to say it is essentially the same as the SyncPlayer except that it runs online. However, there are several issues with it as I can see right now. It only works on one site, it has a weird volume issue where everything on max volume is barely normal volume, and lastly it acts as a browser but contains none of the protections/security that a normal browser would have. I would suggest that Valor&Toughness shift to having SyncBrowser be an addon to standard browsers to get the best of both worlds. At the moment, as a security minded individual I don't like how the SyncBrowser operates. I think in the meantime it might be best to download your favorite videos and use SyncPlayer instead.

I can see the future...

I like the amazing concept of it. In my opinion, the ai analyzing could be better and I know it's in the works to be better. In my experience, the movements seems to be a bit random at times. An example of this is really fast stroking on slow parts of the movie, or no action even though there is movement on the movie. I tested this with various 2D and 3D videos. It's really a hit or miss, hence my rating.

Each component feels okay by themself. The stroking is meh by itself. The toy is at it's best when it uses all three of it's components of stroking, contracting, & rotating. It feels amazing and I finish too fast, but I wished it synced better with the movie.

On a good note, syncbot is working on a program that converts handy scripts into a syncbot script. I got to try a video of that and I say it's pretty damn good. This is what I hope to see with this device along with custom scripts for future videos. I can't wait.

When I also initially started, it took me a while to figure how to even get the machine started. Especially learning how to combine the three components. I think there should be a updated guide somewhere because I was left dumbfounded when I clicked on the video and it didn't work. Turns out I have to click on the little icons to turn each of the components on. Maybe I missed it, if so, someone should link it. The discord is nice too, but mainly it's you figuring it out until someone replies to your message on discord.

The discord is really friendly from what I see. The staff there are pretty quick to reply to you which is awesome.

Shipping was quick. It came earlier than I expected, even after it got delayed. Also, I ended up getting 2 tracking numbers over the course of the days which I thought was weird. This was my experience. I got a tracking number when they created a lable. So I kept it in my browser. After I got an email that my order shipped out, it was a different tracking number and my original became useless. I hope this was just me.

Should you buy it? Short answer is, if your on a low budget & if you have another stroker (Espeically the Handy) I would hold off on it until this gets updated a bit more to make it worth your money, but if you don't care about the price, it's up to you, it has it's up and downs. On the other hand, if this is your first automatic stroker, I would buy it because of it's potiential to be the best. Also it feels pretty damn good.

From where it stands by itself currently at the time of this review, this is my rating. I look forward to what this company will offer soon and maybe my review would change after I try out it's other features like the syncbrowser & the fun2script.

Dear Ben,

We greatly appreciate your choice of Syncbot, and we are committed to ensuring that your experience with Syncbot becomes even more exceptional.

In your review, you mentioned that there is still room for improvement with our AI model. Admittedly, the current Pornographic model achieved only a 93% accuracy rate for real-life videos and slightly lower accuracy for realistic 3D videos. We acknowledge that our model may not match the precision of manual scripts for other categories, particularly for 2D videos, even though it is more efficient than manually crafting a script, which may take days to a week. Please rest assured that we are constantly working to improve our model to provide a better experience.

We have also taken note of your feedback regarding the clarity of our beginner instructions. We are fully committed to enhancing this aspect, including setting the default intensity value to 50%, ensuring that the machine starts operating smoothly right from the beginning.

We do not want you to miss out on the fascinating features that SyncBrowser and Fun2Sync can provide. If, after trying them, you find your experience satisfying, we kindly invite you to consider updating your rating on TrustPilot.

Your response to this matter is eagerly anticipated!

Unbiased Review of the Syncbot

This is an unbiased review, as I purchased a Syncbot myself and did not recieve one from the company. I just wanted to express my feelings and constructive criticism on the toy.

The Good:
- First, the packaging. The care and quality that V&T have put into the packaging makes it rival the iPhone in the unboxing experience. The packaging was thrilling to open, and with how snug all the items were in even the Lite version, gave the impression that I did not have to worry about any damage being caused in transit. I was also lucky to have mine ship and arrive within a week, results may vary on that.

- Build quality is top tier, this machine feels great to touch and seems durable.

- The Grip/Suction mechanism at the base is great, I enjoy having a toy seem to actually cling to my crotch like a face-hugger and go to town. I do wish that this was also part of the stroking mechanism, but I understand the limitations of the design.

- Battery life is solid, after using it for what seemed like an hour for testing, the battery indicator in SyncPlayer showed around 75%. That is pretty good, especially since they are also pushing a mobile app for videos if you take this to go.

- Cleaning. It may SEEM more difficult than your average sleeve, but once you know how to disassemble the scabbard into 3 pieces it takes less than 10 seconds and is easy to wash and rinse. I'll have to check on drying times but only took a few hours on it's own when I cleaned it this morning after arrival and came back in the afternoon.

- SyncPlayer is easy to use, and easy to get going with adding videos and analyzing them for use with the bot. With most IRL videos, it is pretty good at analyzing as long as there is clear action going on that is rhythmic and not as random. It's not all roses here, but I'll get to that later.

- Fun2Sync works great and fast to turn Funscript files into the native file. Easy as pie, though with caveats.

- The Pumping feature is, okay. I'd prefer it if the scabbard was a bit longer to allow a longer stroke, but we all know we'd have an A10 Cyclone sized machine in that case, so I'll let that slide.

Now the Bad:

- The toy is loud. We're talking Handy near max loud. I know some people said that it is about a quiet as a well greased Handy but I have to disagree. That said, it's not a jackhammer on the street, it's still quieter than other machines I've seen, but it's not something you could run at night in the room next to someone without them knowing for sure.

- The touch pad area is located exactly where your fingers want to hold the machine. Because of this, you'll find yourself often skipping around videos accidentally.

- The AI does NOT work on Hentai as advertised on their homepage, though I believe this is just a misunderstanding in what constitutes "Hentai". I am referencing here the episodes of works on sites such as HentaiMama, Hanime, Hentaibar, etc. I believe the main issue with the tool supporting actual Hentai is due to the censored/mosaic'd bits, thus I'd wager JAV has the same issue. I'm not exactly mad that the tool can't do it, it makes sense why not, I'd just rather the website be accurate and swap the word "Hentai" with "Animations". (I'm pedantic, so sue me)

- SyncPlayer doesn't allow you to RE-analyze a video if it has already done so, and marks it complete forever. I'm sure I could hunt those scripts down somewhere on my PC, but I'd prefer if there was an option when right-clicking to see if you could get a better result.

- Maybe one of my biggest gripes is the spinning portion. To be fair, spinning toys aren't necessarily my jam, however I have two points on this particular implementation:
1) It spins too fast. there were moments where it was spinning at a slower rate, and those moments were awesome, then it picked back up to lathe work speeds and back to being too much. I understand that you can use your palm over the touchpad to slow things down, but I don't want to hold the toy awkwardly and ruin any immersion just to do so.
2) because of item 1, the Lube you apply seems to get pulled away from the little nubs and towards the outer walls due to the force of the rotation. This gives it a bit too much friction despite still having lube, and it isn't entirely pleasant. This can be corrected with application of a bit more lube, but eventually it will happen again.

In conclusion:
Though I have my complaints, the toy is good and I hope improvements keep coming. It is a good step in the right direction for adult toys and I look forward to what V&T does with it in the future.

A Worthy Purchase

When I first got my Syncbot, the first thing that popped out to me was the very nice packaging. And from there my good experiences only grew as I used the Syncbot. It's very simple to get set up once you read the instructions and actually using the Syncbot is a new experience in itself. From the unique feeling of the sleeve itself to how the A.I. can create a script from any video itself, the Syncbot is a remarkable product. My only downside would just be that the A.I. scripts can be a little weird sometimes, but I am confident that this will get ironed out with future updates to the A.I.

Best Automatic Toy I've Used

Pros:
- Easy to clean

- Feels great
(3 modes of motion is and feels very unique)

- Came fully charged
(I don't know if this is standard for other orders of the Syncbot, but I was surprised and glad that it was charged. I was expecting to have to wait an hour or two for my first use.)

- Can use while flaccid
(Because of the slight vacuum from the contraction of the sleeve, you can still feel a sensation while soft. For other auto strokers this would cause the toy to come off.)

- Easy Disassembly
(It isn't hard to take apart even without the caliper. This was an initial concern of mine.)

- AI Model
(This allows you to sync to any video. That's amazing.)

Cons:
- AI Model with 2D and 3D Animations
(I have found, for the ~20 videos it analyzed, that the patterns generated are hit or miss. There would be blank sections for the toy where the video clearly shows actions. On the bright side, it can only improve from here.)

- Syncplayer UI
(A way to filter videos would be nice. Things like an alphabetical sort, a sort by what's analyzed, and custom folders would be nice.)

- Canada Shipping
(As of now there is no free shipping for Canada. It was at least quick though, it took roughly 8 days from order to arrive at my house.)

Overall: The pros outweigh the cons here, and I can see how the bad points can be fixed eventually since it is mainly software related. Personally, I am excited to see how its AI continues to evolve.

Good foundation, lots of potential

As a user of the Handy, I was excited, although skeptical, to try out Syncbot. After using it a few times, I can say that it has a lot of potential. It is definitely built well, using nice materials (and the price reflects that.) It feels very unique, and creates sensations that the Handy can't, since this has 3 different movements happening. One thing I will say is that sometimes the movements seem a little bit too jerky at times. Hopefully the AI will get better and make movements smoother over time. There is work to be done in terms of the software, like a better way to organize videos. The team seems very responsive and is ready to do what needs to done. Only time will tell - but there is a lot of potential here. One last thing - I would like to see a better manual control option. Currently, you can't adjust the speed to as slow as I would like, and also it would be nice to have a randomizer in the future.

Excellent choice

When unpacking it, I got recived by a very nice looking case. Syncbot is a extremely stimulating. The 3 axis makes a very good stimulating experience. The sleeve is very soft and feels different than other sleeves you are used from different toys. The material feels very really skin like. I recommend it for sure.

Best toy ever!

Out of all of the toys I have used in my time, Syncbot takes my number one spot. I purchased the basic box and it came with all the essentials needed plus a very informal instructions booklet. I downloaded, set up, and went to town! The feel was like nothing I have had before. Soft and tight with unique movement compared to other toys. The amount of adjustment available on the app makes your session so customizable! I am a big fan and hope to see more stuff come from syncbot!
