World’s worst credit card!!!

World’s worst credit card!!!! Do not use this company at any cost!!! They are set up to rob you at extremely high interest rates and late fees!!! Customer service is in other countries and they are rude and unprofessional. Beware, don’t fall into their trap!!

Agree with the masses

Agree with the masses. Lowes uses Synchrony for their billing and it's dreadful. The web site is the worst. No flexibility, no options to change much to get notifications or billing information. The Synchrony online system is horrible. I'm sending back my Lowes card and will stop shopping there until they switch companies.

WORST BANK EVER!!

WORST BANK EVER!!! I pay my bill on time every month and my balance keeps going up! I call to see if there is something that can be done...ummm nope! They will not work with their customers. I hope they go out of business so they can't screw anyone else out of thousands of dollars. And every business that uses them should lose business just for using this POS bank!

Awful Customer Service. Never use Paypal World Mastercard.

Awful Customer Service. For some reason, unbeknownst to me, the backend bank connection system between my bank and my Paypal World Mastercard was broken, so that when I tried to make a payment on my card as usual, I got a $29 returned check fee, and I had to reconnect my bank again in order to make the payment. However, when I called Synchrony customer service to complain about the returned check fee, they did nothing to help, and basically told me to go F myself. Absolutely awful customer service. I will never be using this card again.

Worst credit card I ever had.

Worst credit card I ever had.
Unresponsive, blocking my card use for absolutely no reason I have an 823 credit score and pay all my cards off before charge hits the statement.
I’ve had this card several years and it has always had some problems but it is getting worse
Terrible customer service and they couldn’t care less. They don’t care how embarrassing it is in a crowded store to have credit denied for absolutely no reason. I was determined to find out why and got it cleared in an hour. No reason was ever given. Stay away from this Mastercard for Synchrony. They have amateurs running the show.

Worst Bank Cards Ever!

I have two credit cards with this bank and have had the worst experience I've ever encountered with any of my cards. They are willy nilly all over the place with closing dates on statements. So far it ranges from the 12th of the month to the 18th and all dates in-between so I never know when the statement will close. The other things is that one of the cards NEVER BREAKS DOWN PURCHASES JUST THE GAS PURCHASE AND THEN IF I BUY SOMETHING IN THE STORE IT IS NEVER ITEMIZED AS TO WHAT IS BOUGHT! ALSO they use overseas people that do not really understand American English! Could be why they are so bad at what they do........

Synchrony bank without a doubt is the…

Synchrony bank without a doubt is the worse bank that exist in this world. I lost so much money to them($22,500) even after they told me the money deposited into my account would be returned to the original sender. Recall for the funds were made severally, I followed up and had called them literally over 30 times going for over 7 months. They never returned the funds and claimed they never got a recall and can't return it. My advise is no one should ever open this bank, In the first place it shouldn't exit. They are inconsistent and endless lies are been told. The funds up to Date is still held with them.

Corrupt practices

This is by far, one of the worst bank in America. They created fake statements about my credit history. I have an 835 credit score and can't remember the last time I was even late paying one. TransUnion gave me nearly their perfect score (850) and this bank treated me as though I was in bankruptcy. Not a place you want to do business. Beware!

I made a purchase with Summit Racing…

I made a purchase with Summit Racing with a promotion in January and can not get any one to give me an answer as to why I have not received it. And I confirmed end in January it was submitted correct. Several attempts to get an answer lead to a transfer of the calls to end up getting disconnected. Very frustrating customer service.

SYNCHRONY BANK has ripped off so many people it should not be able to continue doing this!
This is the 3rd time I have been deceived by them!!!!
Did not know QVC card was issued by Synchrony.
I would not have gotten a Q card!
Called QVC they say call S Bank!
I did both and got nowhere.
Sent back items was told postage charge would be taken from my credits.
S bank billed me and I owe nothing!!!!
QVC has not given me correct info to log into sight.
Called 7 times. I have tried 7 times cannnot get into
QVC. QVC said it could not take S bank card off my acct!!!! WHY?
Trust Pilot is the best sight . I sent TP a complaint and co. Emailed me next day. Thank u very much . Pat H

This company is the absolute worst

This company is the absolute worst! I have never seen a credit card company lower your credit like this terrible company does despite paying on time every month!! I am trying to rebuild my credit and Synchony is lowering my score by lowering my limits! Unfortunately, I have multiple accounts with these fools! My advice is DO NOT do business with them!!

Sam's Club Card is "Total" Scam

We got the Sam's Club card through Synchrony for the cash back. The cash back turned out to be a scam because you need to be a Plus member and can only use the cash back at Sam's. Whenever I get a card, I always set up autopay to pay the total amount and I did with the Sam's card. I just got my statement and it showed a balance and interest from previous charges (what would equate to nearly 50% APR). Turns out the options for the autopay were statement balance and "Total minimum payment". I may have considered the "Total minimum payment" to be the total payment. Why would they put total there? It's "totally" scammy. They said they couldn't reverse the interest. Guess they figure people will just go along with their scam, but I won't and hope you don't either.

Hope I NEVER have to deal with this…

Hope I NEVER have to deal with this company again. Tried to check why a $40 charge was added but could not login to my account. It did not recognize my account ID, password, SSN, or birthdate. Could not sign in or create a new account. After getting through their endless recording twice and finally getting to an agent, neither was any help and then both disconnected.

This place is awful and does not support military benefits

This place is awful and they don't provide benefits for military as they should under the SCRA. I have wrote them so many times in the mail and every month I still see that huge interest rate being charge. When you reach out to customer service they keep routing you to some finance office which is only an address no phone number. I will never use them again.

Fraudulent Late fees

This company is unfortunately attached to my Penny's account. I sent the payoff of the bill on time and of course this Bank found a way to charge me $32 in late fees!! Don't use this organization their honesty is definitely in question!

This place is a joke and a scam

This place is a joke and a scam . Opening a dispute is total hussle . And they always gonna favor the scammer . Literally! I bought electronic purchase online that could be sent by email . The scammer then sent me some rondom stuff does not match the description at all . But they still closed my dispute because they said the seller did sent prove that they sent it to me on the email . Like they dont even check if the thing is what he supposed to sent they just said ok closed ? They do not care about costumers at all
