Wall pulley system bar broke after 4 days of uses and I wanted to return the product twice but no response from the seller. No customer services from them and I won't recommend this product. A 4 year old could do better welding than that.

I ordered a rack recently and customer service said it would arrive May 7th-May 12th. On May 11th I reached out again since I hadn't received a confirmation email that it had been sent. We needed this rack for our clinic ASAP. They then informed me they were out and it'd be 5 months until I could get the item. Terrible customer service - why not be fully transparent and inform your customers so they can plan accordingly?

Just received my bar and it came in excellent condition. Great packaging! I haven’t worked out with it yet but so far I am extremely happy with the purchase.

Most of my home gym setup is Synergee equipment. The quality is great, the price is great and the shipping is fast. Never had a problem.

I ordered a 230lbs in bumper plates for my wife and a pair of steel 45’s for myself just to find out after I paid that it’s no time table on when I’d receive my steel 45’s or the pair of 25’s bumper plates. I think it’s completely unethical to allow me to pay for a product you don’t have.

I was looking for a VGrip/Double D attachment for use with my Landmine configuration for Lat pulls. Ordering from the website was super simple, the price for the quality was superior to other vendor’s products and delivery was quick and packaging was extra…. big box with extra packing materials. There was never going to be damage to this product during shipping, not a scratch.
