I have been a synergy customer for years, always paid my bills ontime, pay via a direct debit to stay in credit
My last bill was three times as much as it has ever been with daily usage amounts tripled
I am one person living in a property, have gas hws and gas cooktop, dont like alot of lighting or use my oven,
i contacted Synergy requesting an explanation with no help at all, I previously had a housemate and even with her residing at the property we still never had a large bill
Sadly Synergy have been no help at all i guess to them they dont have to have empathy for their customers
