Great sounding sales speeches, terrible service
Great sounding sales speeches, horrible in follow through. Did not get the access point I ordered so finally after a month of trying to get the access point I was "provided" a refund for $444. Three months later and many promises from several different individuals contacted by phone, e-mail and trouble tickets the money still has not come back to my account. On top of that, the ISP TV that I also signed up for went offline 6 weeks ago and has never come back. In trying to resolve that issue the service ticket is useless and no information is provided on the status of the service resolution. Now for the past two weeks when trying to contact the company all I get is a recording on their phone line, no voice mail, and I can no longer even access my account online through their web portal as it no longer is active. Not a reputable company. Be forewarned that if you get their service and you ever do have a problem you likely will not get it resolved.
Update Nov. 16. Refund promised for Nov. 11 not seen. Another broken promise. No response to phone calls or e-mails. Terrible company, feel I will never get the refund due unless I take them to court.

Equipment stopped working in August
Equipment stopped working in August.
They quickly sent a new SIM card and promised expedited delivery on equipment.
It’s now October 22.
No equipment.
And they took the September and October payment from my account.
No response from phone messages or emails.
Extremely disappointed.

Despite the friendly, seemingly helpful response posted by Synergy to my review I’ve still yet to receive a refund or even a response to my requests for a refund.

I have gone over 3 weeks without…
I have gone over 3 weeks without internet service and I'm being treated like its no big deal technical issues happen all the time. been calling every day and I get told well not fixed yet maybe tomorrow, no one has any real answers just that they are working on it. I used this company to start my business and I lost my first contract because of the issue a 12,000 6 month contract my very first I was so proud and now I have to start over once I finally get service. I wasn't going to do a review and blast but I cant get through on the phone cause the line always says they are closed and now the customer portal isn't working so I cant check on updates on my service ticket. I like Calvin and one other guy I was talking to they always were very helpful and made me feel like I was an important customer but once I was switched to the female it became very unprofessional, I'm being treated like I'm in the wrong for being upset about my job and the fact I have no service for 3 weeks. I was patient for the first 2 weeks but now I have a right to be mad. I just want the issue to be handled appropriately and not deal with condescending customer service reps because you don't like that I'm mad that I lost my job and been waiting on service for over 3 weeks. where and in what universe is it ok to have technical issues for 3 solid weeks with no end in sight and tell your customer " well technical issues happen" not for 3 weeks they dont!!!
Edited to add I’m at 5 weeks now still no service and still no answers just a “we’re close and we will let you know”

Service was good until it wasn’t
Service was good until it wasn’t. My internet has been out for over 2 weeks. I keep getting excuse after excuse from customer service. Also, no refund for when I haven’t had service.

This company took my money for nothing
This company took my money, and never provided me with anything. They never reached out to me again. When I asked for a refund, they didn't give it to me. Not to mention charging me an extra $20 to use a credit card in additional to the initial installation charge of $220. They stole $240 from me and have not refunded it.

Dead Zone
I was told I could get internet from Synergy however did not work. They use Verizon and Verizon does not work where I live. So I have changed companies. Synergy was quite helpful but unfortunately we live in a "dead zone" and nothing works here. Only the company we had to switch too since they put a dish next door.
