Prompt delivery, but the wrong part. My fault !.
Bought a 50mm rubber tee from this company. Arrived promptly, but turned out I had ordered the wrong part. If only I had taken the time to browse their comprehensive website I would have found the perfect solution first time. Drat !

Morning.
I ordered a 2 1/2 inch plug.
Received 3 inch.
Unable to call, telephone does not exist, e-mailed but no reply.
Awaiting.
I spoke to Marcus who explained situation of male and female sizes..I then received a correct plug for free.

We resolved the issue. You ordered the incorrect fitting. We sent you the correct fitting. Even when you realised you you ordered the wrong one, we sent you the 'correct' one for Free.

The order process was easy and delivered quickly. But one of the fittings was not the correct size (my fault). Contacted support via whatsapp and with a shared photo, the right connector was identified and sent. Excellent service. Recommended.
