Sorry to say that one of the cases has a faulty handle. Disappointing. I hope they resolve it quickly.
After informing Tach they replaced the faulty suitcase. Which was handled well by them but it does beg the question “How did this suitcase pass their Quality Control process?”

Pluses: great when travelling with two or more cases. Drink holder is very convenient. Minuses: the velcro fastenings are extremely hard to undo, would be impossible for anyone with weakness or arthritis in their hands. My hands are fine but I really struggle to prize the velcro apart

Amazing when you're travelling with kids. The stress of moving through airports has been taken away - so convenient.

The best way to travel!

I love these cases and receive compliments wherever I take them. The three-set connects quickly and they move around together so easily. Perfect for travelling with kids.

The colours are great. I opted for the blue as a favourite. I love the different compartments inside and particularly the zip-up side which is great for separating clean and used laundry.

I’ve had them for a while - really well made and durable. Would definitely recommend.

Works as advertised. Bag are as good as any I've had, I'm surprised more companies do not have a connectable feature. This should be like zippers and wheels. All luggage should have it.

The concept is very good especially when you travel by yourself and have all three luggages. Connecting them to each other makes it easier to move around. I also get a lot of compliments on them. However, when all the bags are full, they do not easily move around. Perhaps a larger wheel size will help this issue.
Customer service is also less than expected. I have a wheel that was broken, at first, I was surprised I got an immediate response but when I was about to order the wheels, I also wanted to find out how long the shipment will take, I did not get an answer. I also notified the person that I have a flight coming up so it was important to me to know if I will get the wheels on time. Still no answer so I had to try Amazon and I am not sure if what I ordered from them will fit. I wish that representative is more responsive in the email. Now I will leave for my trip with either the broken wheel or with the new wheel from Amazon.

Really pleased with this luggage so far. Clever idea, little bit pricey so hoping they stand the test of time / handlers throwing them !

I am very disappointed with the customer service at Tach Luggage. Based on previous reviews, I had high expectations, which initially made me question my experience and wonder if I had accidentally used a fraudulent website. My experience did not align with the positive reviews I read.

I placed an order on October 19th and received a confirmation email with the promise of "free fast delivery," which indicated that orders placed by 12 pm would be shipped the same day. However, after placing my order, I didn’t hear anything from the company. On October 22nd, I used the contact form on their website but received no response. When I called the number provided, it went straight to a Lyca mobile voicemail, and I still didn't get a callback.

It wasn’t until I messaged the company's Facebook page on October 22nd that I finally received a reply on October 23rd, informing me that my order would be shipped that day and should arrive by October 24th. Now, it’s October 24th, and I’ve only received half of my order—a two-piece luggage set is missing. To make matters worse, I’m once again struggling to get in touch with anyone from the company to resolve this issue.

This was supposed to be a fast delivery, yet five days after ordering, I still haven't received everything. It’s incredibly frustrating because I think I would like the product, but the poor service and lack of reliable customer support are unacceptable.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I hope this will be helpful to others. I have a large family and looked at this luggage set for a long time before biting the bullet and purchasing. Thought it would be handy with lots of little kids and absolutely loved the concept.

Decided to make the splurge before a big family trip. First trip with this set and the wheel is dented in and now wobbly. Now hoping we can get back with this poorly functioning set. Multiple other older suitcases have had no issue like this over more than a decade with use.

Customer service was not helpful and basically just said it’s the airlines fault, probably dropped it from a high level. I totally get that companies have policies for abuse, but luggage should be able to handle wear and tear from the airport and to just blanket say must have been dropped from a high height is just pointing the finger and not standing behind their product. I looked at reviews after getting that response and see photos of the exact same damage as mine, so I feel even more disappointed in the customer service as I feel they are likely aware of the issue. What are the odds all these tach suitcases are being dropped from high heights? I wish I read through reviews more carefully prior to purchasing.

Super disappointed and absoutley do not recommend for the price. I really wanted to love it. I love the concept, but having suitcases that join together that don’t last is totally pointless! Will go back to my old set from 15y ago that still looks new and was half the price of this one. I thought I was splurging for quality, but I was sadly mistaken.

Only one "negative" - I wish it came in more bright colours (the light blue was sold out!) - maybe a pink or a lime green maybe? :)

This is such a great solution to an age old problem of too many suitcases and not enough hands. Great product, fast delivery.
