Never leave reviews but genuinely amazing, accidentally ordered the customised version, they rang me asked me what i want done to it or if i wanted the extra refunded very quick and simple and got the parcel well before expected , product is great already found a hundred uses for it

I’ve purchased from Tactree before and recently ordered another customised multitool. My surname contains a hyphen, but I noticed the website automatically removed it during the engraving customisation process.
I contacted Tactree and was genuinely impressed by the response. Claire took the time to call and email me personally to make sure the engraving would be completed exactly as requested. It was a small detail, but one that mattered to me, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cared about getting things right.
What really amazed me was the turnaround time. I placed the order around lunchtime Friday and the knife was delivered the very next day, perfectly engraved with the correct spelling and formatting.
In an age where many companies hide behind automated systems and generic responses, Tactree provided old-fashioned customer service backed up by modern efficiency. The communication was excellent, the engraving was flawless, and the delivery speed exceeded all expectations.
A special thank you to Claire for going above and beyond. She’s a credit to the company.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tactree and will certainly be purchasing from them again in the future.
