The internet is terrible because the stability of the connection changes dramatically every few seconds, you can't watch a movie without interrupting it, you can't play online games because the stability of the internet jumps terribly, sometimes I can't even go to Instagram because this internet is so weak, I pay for the premium version and the internet works as if I paid for the regular version or even worse

Finally, a good internet provider...

Finally, a good internet provider... I am very satisfied with the internet speed and I even stream on Twitch without any problem in HD and 60 frames. As I live far from a big city, I wanted a different solution than cable internet, as when I was with another provider that everyone knows in Belgium, my internet was 50/50, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. With tadaam the internet is stable and I like that they don't push bullshit and don't advertise subscriptions like others. And the card-based router is a very interesting and modern approach, a great thing.

Thats the worst service that I saw in my life. I will calcel it direct when somebody will install me a proper internet. The call center operators are a catastrof as well....i plan dont speak nothing but, its a waste of money from the clients side.

TV blocked

I have had Tadaam for more than a year.
I have experienced quite frequent internet issue but nothing worse than with a "classical" provider like proximus or telenet.
However, over the last week, the TV box has stopped working. I have contacted the support and done all the required steps and checks including multiple reset, reboot,... but nothing changes. I cannot get any other support and i am left with a not functionning TV which made me miss some very nice football match.
I am using this channel trying to have a real interaction with commercial service. Please get in touch soon or i will simply remove my subscription.

It's a shame !!!!!

This is the worst wifi or 4G service available in Belgium. On the website, they explain that there are different subscriptions at prices similar to those of major operators like Proximus and Telenet, yet when you choose the highest plan, there are constant connection issues. It’s impossible for me to work, watch TV, or browse the internet. I have to use my 4G to work, a joke or not? It's a huge disappointment and a shame because when you ask for more information and support to fix the connection problem, they tell you that nothing can be done and that it all depends on the network. I find this outrageous and I absolutely do not recommend this service, neither for the quality of the internet nor for the customer service. Their slogan: TV internet, no cables no limit? So why are we told that if there's a problem, we should switch to a cable operator? Ridiculous and outrageous again. False advertising! Why sell us a product when the connection is unstable all the time, and the only response is: we don't have a solution? The general coverage needs to be good, the indoor coverage needs to be sufficient as well (thick insulation can cause issues). Our TADAAM Positioning System app helps you to check this in your home, and also helps you to find the best spot to place your modem. Saturation of antennas also can play a role during peak hours. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these factors. ☹️ In some cases, this might mean TADAAM isn't the best solution for you.

That's a scam service

That's a scam service. They charge you imediatelly before the service isn't even delivered. Even if you use it few days they charge you for the whole month - no bill equilization. Connection is poor, much worst than just sharing it from my phone. Overall is no sense and to be avoided.

The services are active until the end of your billing period (and wil renew automatically unless you cancel). The monthly fee is fixed, regardless of the amount of usage. overpriced Ridiculous low speeds

I checked the app beforehand, and it told me my location would be perfect for Tadaam!

So, I ordered a €60 per month subscription for 100 Mb/s speed. However, upon arrival, the reception was very weak—only 5-10 Mb/s. I paid for 100 but got 10. I contacted Tadaam, but they were not helpful at all. When I asked for a refund due to overpaying, they told me they couldn’t refund me because I had already used too much internet. What a joke...

On my phone connection ( I got 150mb/s!) but customer service told me I could not compare with the phone since they use different provider. So I checked my friends phone also BASE like Tadaam and got 75mbps.

In the FAQ on the website of Tadaam they state the reception with a Tadaam should be stronger than a phone...

However, they cannot be compared 100% to BASE or Telenet, as TADAAM requires a lot more capacity. As a result, TADAAM services can be locally affected by saturation if too many users are active at the same time. In some cases, this means TADAAM might not be the best solution in your area. It's unfortunately not possible to increase the capacity. Our apologies.

I started to use a Tadaam BOX in…08/2024

I started to use a Tadaam BOX in 08/2024. My needs are to have the main TV channels + a standard Internet access to allow Netflix, without big downloads.
I had to contact the Support and I got fast responses from Human people, not only robots ;-).
After several mail exchanges, my questions were solved.
I test this solution since a few days at home, and I must say that it works correctly.
I tested also in another location in Belgium, and it was OK also.
The only remarks concern two obvious subjects:
1 - The quality & stability depends from the BASE network coverage.
2 - The bandwidth up/down vary during the day, depending from the number of mobile users.
But for the rest, I am satisfied with the TV usage features and with the WIFI quality

Not good for anyone that wants to do more than stream TV.

A great idea but if I download more than a handful of games, I hit the fair usage policy. This is a pointless service. Cancelling shortly.

Unhelpful customer support

I ordered and paid for a monthly subscription, but I have not received my parcel. Despite reaching out for support, I haven’t received any assistance or acknowledgment from Tadaam. The parcel has been stuck for days, and meanwhile, I am paying for an internet subscription that I cannot use.

Terrible service

An absolute dumpster fire of a company. I got this service in February and used it for a month before cancelling my subscription. The service was terrible, with the Wi-Fi connection constantly disappearing and being extremely unstable. We subsequently cancelled our subscription in March, only to have Tadaam restart our subscription this September, without our knowledge or consent!!! This meant money taken directly from our bank accounts, which is unacceptable. The customer service is useless as well as incompetent. I am very disappointed with this company and will never use their services again. Hopefully you will be shut down!

All works

All works. But... The support is sometimes bad. It's difficult to have someone. The chat via WhatsApp gives some frustration.
Also the app used on my TV is perfectible (behavior) and the recording is not enough to be used regularly.
For the connection that works fine (also for home work), with Netflix for instance.
I'm customer since 4 years.

Tadaam is better then heytelecom

heytelecom has a similar offering (sim card internet + modem) but without TV for 29 euro per month. It is also unlimited and has a speed of 200mbit download. The problem there was the upload, it was limited at 10mbit (1,2 megabyte/second) which is too slow for online meetings. So I switched to Tadaam where I have less download speed, but much more upload speed (50mbit) and this really makes a big difference, my camera picture during meetings is much better and there are no more hickups during my session. To be honest, the 200mbit download is not necessary, but if you want to work from home then upload speed is really important. I'm really glad I switched over to Tadaam. And I hope one day they upgrade their download speed to 150mbit (now that we are all going on 5G)
