We like it because we are in a very good, stable 4G area, we get the full 30Mbps on the standard plan, and we can pause and re-start anytime as we are frequently away for months on end. What we don't like is the TV service/box, at least because we are made to pay extra for something we don't want.
We don't even have a TV set, we just stream on our laptops and 21" computer screens, direct from VRT, VTM, Prime etc. Also, we live in Flanders but get mostly French channels on Tadaam. Why? The rest of the TV choice is pretty weak.
So, if Tadaam could offer TV as an optional extra service, for those that need/want it and charge less for the internet I may consider 5 stars.

Tadaam is the future in telecom and TV, all type of cables (also fiber) are old fashion. Cable is always an issue in a house or apartment. That Tadaam is not always 100% possible, but the classic providers also have issues .
So that is why I am satisfied the device deliver what is promises and don't make you life difficult. For sure in the coming years it will improve but also others will join them on the market

Works well for TV and basic internet surfing. According to Tadaam, it is "plug and play" and means that you can't configure router ports. I would expect at least that the UPNP function of the router would be set to on to allow my nas to connect in Universal Plug aNd play mode! If this would work, I would rate 5 stars....Due to the lack of UPNP, I must say that Tadaam is not correct when telling that their solution is Plug and play.

Just have to reboot the AP once a month or more.
What I dislike, I've something in my house I can't control. See legislation about that !
Tadaam is illegal, but a lot of $ here and some very nice ladies over there make it work.

I understand that some people might get frustrated with the connectivity issues. But it is a sim card-based internet solution - not a cable internet. Knowing this, it doesn't surprise me that sometimes the connection gets worse. I just wish that the modem was rechargeable - I would use it much more often. They call it cable-free but it actually needs to be plugged in at all times. The good thing, there is also a TV package included (with a rather horrible app to watch) but that's nice. The service is good, I just think it's waaaaay too expensive. They're asking ridiculous prices for their "best" package.

Complete waste of my 50 euro/month. I could have guessed it: it is telenet right? Frustrating as always. Very slow, frequent connection loss. I could not use tadaam to work from home. My mobiel hotspot work much better than tadaam. How can telenet ever rent this rubbish?

It is easy, but the connection sometimes leaves something to be desired, I have a 60 euro subscription, but 100mbs never reaches it, and regularly no connection. The advantage over the disadvantage still wins with me

Internet connection is correct. Not always running at full speed but still usable.
Anyway the main problem is the TV App. I run it on Android TV devices. It keeps asking randomly to authenticate. My TVs were already authenticated many times, with login/password or QR code. I simply give up. And I don't want to struggle with it any time I want to watch TV. Tadaam: learn how to save authentication info on devices, for ever not for a couple of days only.
Update: the answer here is the first I get from Tadaam. Already tried with whatsapp, email, etc. Never got any reply.

Tadaam failed to include my VAT number on two invoices for June and July 2024, despite having it correctly listed in my account information. This oversight is due to a system problem on their end. When I contacted customer service, they refused to correct their mistake or issue credit notes, which is legally required. Instead, they dismissed my concerns and left me to deal with the consequences of their incompetence. Avoid Tadaam if you need accurate and reliable service.

I'm usually not a person to write reviews, but in this case, I feel this is very warranted.
Initially switched over from Proximus to Tadaam, since Proximus doesnt provide a very good connection in my region. Probably the biggest mistake I've made, today, a technician is going to come by to switch us over to Voo.
If you're a gamer, DONT GET TADAAM. Ping will fluctuate from 300 - 9999+ constantly, horrible connection and latency issues, constantly disconnects when playing games, making it impossible to do so. We initially paid for their Tadaam Platinum pack, which claims up to 100mbps, after a couple days, we quickly downgraded to one of the lower tiers, as it became evident pretty quickly that these services will never even get close. The highest we've ever recieved here was 60mbps, for one test right after we got it, after which it dropped to around 30mps for the remainder that we've had it. Which is yet again, not stable and constantly disconnects.
Their tech support doesnt provide any help to the situation either, as all you get, like others have pointed out is; 1) Restart the device. 2) Reseat SIM card. 3) Check the TPS app for good positioning (The app almost never works btw).
If none of those happen to fix any issue you're having, which it won't, they'll hit you with "Maybe we aren't a good fit for your location" or "It looks like our technicians are working in your area". This seems highly unlikely as your "technicians" would have been working in my area for the last half a year or so since we got the damn thing.
Honestly, don't bother with Tadaam and look for any other solution that is available in your area. The only good reason i can come up with to use Tadaam, is for the mobility aspect of it, it is indeed just plug & play, however keep in mind that they have a FUP of around 300GB, which to their credit, doesn't get enforced TOO heavily, as we've reached up to around 500GB before with no impact, your experience may vary.
Highly suggest you stay away from this, wasted hundreds of gigabytes of mobile data from my phone plan to coop with the horrible connection.
DONT DO IT.
-Not to point fingers, but it would appear that they've attempted to outweigh all the negative reviews with positive ones of their own, either bought or manually applied, as in May 2024, they suddenly got a huge spike of around 200 positive trustpilot reviews. while 200 reviews is what they normally recieve as a collective, instead of just 5* ones. Their true review score would be closer to around 2.7/5 or so.-

This is the worst internet provider ever, it never works and when it does it goes unbelievably slow. I paid the premium/most expensive plan, that they say is to go at 100mps, but i never get more than 10-20 and when i play games, the ping goes from 60 to 3000. Litterally.
If you can try to solve via chat, they tell you "turn it on and off, move it."
They dont care about the customer and they say that there's nothing they can do.
I can suggest this if someone rent an apartment for 1 month holidays and have only the necessity to send email.

Tadaam is the worst possible internet provider you could imagine. The service is shocking.. internet breaks every few minutes it’s impossible to fulfill basic functions like load a site or image. So forget about being able to have a video call. I have never experienced anything like it. It’s unethical that this is one of the most expsensice internet services in Belgium. To make matters worse they offer no customer support. Where they don’t have technical support and merely suggest moving your modem. From this they would be obligated to reimburse for such a dysfunctional service / system but forget that from this impotent fraudulent company.
