Expensive annual renewals
Expensive annual renewals, higher-priced add-ons (registered agent, EIN) compared to competitors, and potential for auto-renewal surprises. You literally cannot do anything without paying. Calling customer service is a joke in itself. You cannot understand them, takes FOREVER to get any kind of answer, and NO RESOLUTION !!!!!! If you are a small business go another route!!!
