Great shirts, attention to detail. Only suggestion would be an indication of how shiny the materials are as the online pictures are not clear on this.

Great easy website with thorough questions to help tailor your shirt the best way possible. I have unusual measurements of large chest and arms which means I really can't buy instore any nice shirts with decent fabric that isn't see through or paper thin.

So far a great experience and looking forward to receiving my shirt in the future. Knowing there is a guarantee that I can return to adjust measurements provides peace of mind.

Tailors Mark is the best! I needed a suit for my wedding and they made the process unbelievably easy. They were efficient in their work and got my measurements done quickly. Their consultants were very knowledgable and helped me pick out the right fabric and choose the right cuts, collars, etc. Now when I need a suit or shirt I can hop on their website, which has all my info saved, and just pick out what I want knowing I'll get a perfect fitting, high quality product, delivered straight to my door.

I got in touch with Tailors Mark as I was preparing for my wedding. I was looking for the convenience of internet based shopping (ie can be accessed anytime...) with the benefits of a traditional tailoring service (measurements taken by a professional...). I believe Tailors Mark achieved the right balance between the two and I am overall perfectly happy by my purchases (wedding suit and shirt) and the buying process.
Something that could improve the experience? I thought of maybe a blog/forum-type page where users could share their designs. I would not mind picking other customers' brain for future purchases... maybe this exists already

It was extremely difficult to place a re-order of existing order. Can you not put a link on an existing order to simply re-order. I nearly gave up.
Also your promotional email said to enter EOFYSALE code at checkout. There was no option to do this at checkout.
Not complaining, just honest feedback, your shirts are the best and your service has been outstanding in the past.
