I got scammed then got charged by an unknown company. When I canceled it, they charged another thing to my account, the escalation team said are busy fixing it

still haven’t received my money back and you keep trying to charge my account multiple times two times for $29 once for $16 and one for $11 and if i don’t receive every cent back from this fraudulent company i will me filing a lawsuit immediately!!
