Indy has shown great customer service. There are lots of features on Tailster and im excited about my journey and helping others.

Absolutely outstanding service from Indy! From start to finish, the customer care was next level. Indy was so friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the attention to detail really stood out.

Great provider for pet walking and sitting

Terrible Terrible Terrible company. Do not sign up as a sitter or walker if you like getting paid! All these recent 5 star reviews seem very suspicious to me... all mention Indy who ignored all my communication 🤔 think they are fake reviews so don't trust them.

Very good site if your want to be self employed and work on your own time and in contact with a lady called Indy and she was very helpful and kind and managed to sort out the problem

Wish I read the reviews before I went onto this site. Stopped filling in the profile details after seeing the notice about paying them £250. Then I deleted my account. Only after I had cancelled, I looked at my emails and saw I had an invoice for £9.99 for vetting... Ridiculous. Please check out these reviews and don't sign up for Tailster

Indy was the absolute best helping me get set up at tailster from directing and helping me when I had questions without her this wouldn’t of been possible I am ever so grateful to of had her help
