Great concept. Love it so far
I love the fact that all the pills are packed in a daily pouch. It saves me opening bottles or forgetting to to take one of my vitamins. I also love the questions asked to determine what vitamins I need to take. I would recommend to anyone who has a hard time taking vitamins or deciding what vitamins they need to take.

Easy and Great Quality
I love how easy it is to customize your orders. The variety of supplements available is very well rounded, and it is easy to set up an order schedule or skip orders.
Positive results
I’ve been using Care/of for 2 months now. I think it’s safe to say that I have notice positive results in two of the concerns I had. Skin and digestion. I would like to add vitamin D and calcium but finding it pricey to do so.

Care/of subscriptions are consistently late arriving
Care/of is consistently unable to deliver subscription products on time (before the previous 30 day supply runs out). I have complained directly to them in the past, suggesting specific ways to do better, but it falls on deaf ears and they refuse to make simple changes.
For example, the next month's delivery isn't scheduled until 1 week before supplies run out. However, after they've said they have scheduled it, they do not actually put the order in the hands of the shipper until 3 business days later. Then they use a slow/cheap shipper who takes 1 week to do what even the post office can do in 2 days.
There are several simple steps that could be taken to fix this.
1. They claim that orders take many days to process since "The processing time is a result of the care, customization, and personalization we put into each box. Your order requires a high level of detail since it's truly made just for you, and we are working hard to handpick your packs. Once your order has been scanned in by the courier, you will receive an email with tracking details." Blah, blah, blah. If this is true, start the process 3-4 days earlier. Simple.
2. Move up my renewal date in your system to be 5 business days sooner.
3. Don't ask whether I need to make changes and then wait multiple days before beginning the process. Instead, set a deadline by which changes must be made (I don't need a warning every month) or the order ships as stands. When I create a subscription, it makes sense to assume that I want the same thing every month, and it's my responsibility to make changes to my order before the next deadline.
4. It is far worse to be late than a few days early. (Would you show up for a job interview late? No, you plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early.) In fact, most subscription customers would prefer to receive the next month's order a week early rather than a few days after the last month has run out. Plan for orders to arrive 5 business days before I run out rather than 1 or 2 business days after I have run out.
5. Use a different carrier. There is no excuse for anything being shipped from New Jersey to Atlanta to take 5 business days. UPS can do it in 2 days (guaranteed with tracking, using their cheapest overland service). The postal service can get it done in 2 days 90% of the time with tracking, and 3 days when they're late.
The net is, it doesn't matter how good your vitamins and supplements are if I don't reliably receive them on time. Logistics is simple for subscriptions, so don't make excuses, just get it right.
