The profile is easy to set up, the UI are clean and simple, there is a scheduling system that lets your employer know when will you be available for an interview and they can choose the time and the schedule will send to your email automatically. The staff are also helpful in reviewing and giving suggestions to your profile, so you can have better chance

talent.io is one of the best platform I ever use in my Life. It is a proactive job hunting platform and it saved me a lot of time in using another general job hunting website which is required to browse myself. I believe there is no harm to try some more and you guy will know the different.

I strongly recommend talent.io as we are driven by a personal talent advocate that is very responsive and professional. Candidates don't look for companies, this is the opposite. One of the very best way to look for a job.

Waste of time. My profile was rejected because there were no available positions. I'm not talking about getting a job; simply the profile confirmation was denied.

"We looked at your profile ​and were impressed with your background. Unfortunately, companies that currently recruit on the platform do not offer jobs that match your experience and skill set level at the moment.

We are constantly working on extending our company base and we'll be sure to reach out to you in the future when we are in a better position to offer you jobs that match."

​The site and procedure is finicky and not straight forward. I don't recommend it. IMHO Linkedin Premium helped me much more as a canidate than this bogus site.

Found a high profile job with good conditions. This platform offers opportunity to get really nice offers, afterwards it's your job to convince the company or yourself.

Just magic. Got 8 requests for interview within two weeks, of which 6 were pertinent, and got a job.
The flow of requests seems to decrease after the first two weeks, but that was enough for me.

Straightforward, hassle free and easy to use.
Found a job at a very good company in less than a month.

If you are looking for a job in tech I strongly recommend using this platform. I got more than 4 offers during my first week, and I ended up with an offer in less than a month.
The team behind it is available all the time and amazingly helpful.

The process is very streamlined, professional and helpful.

From the start the talent advocate will look at your profile and help you make any adjustments if necessary. Then after the profile is "buttoned up" it will go live to companies.

Scheduling was also very easy with their built in calendar, you mark your availability and the companies can choose a time slot. Very efficient

My personal experience:

After searching for 3 month's on various sites, I received quite a few emails but very few interviews. On talent.io my profile went live on a Monday and I had 3 interviews lined up the following Tuesday with 4 more to finish out the week. By Friday I had a Job offer and accepted a new position. The site is so efficient I was hired within a week!

The process was very professional in my idea. They reviewed my skills in detail and we were in touch for 3 months until I got the job.

That's such a disappoiting experience with this service!
A manager (Chrysa C.) asked me to schedule a call to discuss details and never appeared! She didn't even bother to cancel it!
Then she wrote that I'm not enough experienced for them. I've lost time filling in their forms etc. and they might have warned me beforehand that they need only experienced developers!
Terrible experience!

I received a very quick feed back from talent.io agent and got a quick chat with the agent explaining how talent works and some suggestions for me to look for jobs. The experience was great. However there isn't much feed back since then. Maybe due tk COVID, talent isn't the blame. But I expected to receive more feed back from clients on talent.io platform.

I was in the market trying to figure out if a new job was something I needed after questioning how much I was being paid. After being approached by Agnieszka and being given access to the great talent.io I was able to find a new job. I was also put on Kurzarbeit and would have had to take a pay cut if it wasn't for finding a new job.
