Great experience.
Great experience.
The process was done very quickly and as soon as the profile was live I got at least 5 interviews. Even though I haven't an offer yet, Ribana (My Talent advocate) was keeping track of the process with the companies.
I loved the overall experience and would recommend it for sure.

Great tool, amazing team!
I can only highly recommend talent.io: I created my profile right after the end of the French lockdown (needless to say: worst time ever!), when I lost my previous job. Additionally, I was looking for a semi-tech job (IT Product Manager), which was not their core business.
A Talent Advocate helped me "market" my speech and profile, and advised me on my salary expectations, according to their expertise regarding the market at this time.
After a promising but not conclusive first shot, I was offered the opportunity to have my profile visible again, which led this time to an amazing job opportunity, 100% aligned with my expectations, and a perfect fit with the teams.
Not only talent.io platform is efficient and straightforward, but their staff (Talent Advocates, for what I know) is incredibly helpful, attentive and offers a tremendous expertise in the recruitment business!

Great experience to find a job in tech in France
I had a great experience with talent.io.
I signed in their website when i was looking for a job.
An adviser called me a few days later, asked me to introduce myself, talked about my profile, my experiences and told me what position and a what salary I could pretend.
We then opened my profile and I had a proposition for an interview a week later.
The advisor followed me during the all interview process, was informed of the process and was able to help me in my decisions. He also had the company feedback and could tell me whether it was looking good or not for me.
Every time I had a question or a doubt, I was able to call him or exchange with him by text messages and he always answered the same day.
I got hired by the company at the end and i didn't had to pay anything for the help I received.
I recommend this process for everybody looking for a job in the tech business.

Really good platform and great advisors
I was struggling to find a job until I signed up with Talent.io, it really helped me get in touch with companies I would have never contacted otherwise. My talent advocate was very helpful and supportive.

Highly recommended
Signed up with Talent.io and had 2 job offers within a month, without all the hassle of scrolling through hundreds of jobs. Also received nice assistance from one of their employees Kerri, in clarifying what I was looking for. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new job in tech!

Got contacted by one of their…
Got contacted by one of their recruiters on Linkedin about signing up onto their platform... only to have them reject me because i'm a junior developer..they're after people with mid to senior level experience and unfortunately none of their clients are interested in offering internships or junior roles for those of us starting out. they are however keen to keep your details to spam you in a few years i imagine. 10 minutes of my life i wont get back.

Fantastic job hiring experience
Fantastic job hiring experience. I wanted to let Kerri know that she has been absolutely fantastic throughout these last 4 weeks and has been keeping in touch regularly (but not too often, which is something that should be accounted for!) to keep me updated and on track as much as I can in these times. She has been very helpful in keeping the companies I'm interviewing for updated on my situation and also relaying the feedback I have for specific companies.
I have currently received a total of 6 interview requests, I declined 3 and there's a handy feature where the talent manager (Kerri) can 'pause' your account, so you don't get flooded with loads of new requests (which can be quite stressful if you're dealing with more than one interview/technical test at a time). I'm almost finished with my 4-week 'experience', and it's looking promising.
Nearly all the companies on the talent.io platform are top quality, a lot have been start-ups (some well-established, some very new), but I think this is a great way to find a new job if you feel overwhelmed looking at the market or just don't know what kind of role you want to go into next - let talent.io help you find your new job!

No help if you've got no open work…
No help if you've got no open work permits in the US/UK/EU. Could have just asked the visa question straight away instead of making me fill in all the forms first just to get a message next day saying that they can not help me in any way

Unbelievably bad experience with this…
Unbelievably bad experience with this lot.
I did one role discussion, the agent was very good. But when she realised it wasn't fitting their client brief exactly I lost her interest so is she just did other calls coming back later.
I said I would like to arrange a meet the client because there were possibilities. Suddenly I am apparently harassing her according to her very rude manager.
I have NEVER been spoken to like that by a manager.
I have no idea what the fuss was about, apparently I was pestering - how? In half an hours dialog over a chat - most of which was hung by her lost interest.
She decided it was a no go, and probably she is right, but i requested a chance to chat with the company - for that i am apparently pestering?
I am not saying the agent was bad, far from it. Its the Manager i am complaining about.
I will NOT use this lot again for sure - more should you. There are loads better out there.
This is the first time I written in this vein about an agency - all of the ones I have ever dealt with have been good or excellent.

Asked how to change the expected salary…
Asked how to change the expected salary to filter out offers I would anyway reject. Instead my profile was removed without a word.
This company pretends to be something new, like new approach to recruiting. Like not candidates but employers are taking the effort. Idea is good but in reality they still are on employer side and acting as a censor and a judge against candidates, checking all the time did you reply to employer and shutting you down if they think they cant make money on you.

Amazing company
I had an amazing experience using Talent.io. Mariola was really professional, she had a good understanding of the market and was there for me during the whole recruitment process. I’ve found a really good role in a few days! Thank you so much to the amazing Talent.io team for their dedication.
Understanding and involved
Alison was really professional and felt that she was truly involved in wanting to find me my next role.
I have worked with a few recruiters before who are very corporate and not really interested in finding me a role that really suits my work style and personal life but the guys at Talent.io seemed really understand what I wanted and needed.
I was really impressed with Talent.io
I was really impressed with Talent.io - in all honesty I didnt have high expectations after numerous poor experiences with recruiters who don't understand the market. But in just two weeks I landed a dream role.
Tried talent.io just over a year ago
Tried talent.io just over a year ago. The quality of jobs they were able to offer were nothing compared to more established firms like Hired. But they did get me several interviews. When I declined their offers, they emailed me for feedback, which I gave.
Sam Cox was the recruiter assigned to me. Compared to the other recruiters I have worked with, his demeanour was not friendly at all. For example, when I provided detailed constructive feedback, I got a call back from him asking me to clarify my points. It felt as though he took them personally and not professionally. I gave a detailed explanation on the form already and had nothing more to say.
And I thought that was the last I was going to hear about this company. But no! Rachel Graham from talent.io keeps adding me on LinkedIn despite me ignoring the invite every time. I am not interested! And if I was, I definitely (x2) won't use talent.io.
