I first got a damaged book. (broken back)
They said they'd investigate and said they were sorry about it. (I attached proof of course and offered to record a 360 degree short clip as well.)
Shortly after they emailed me saying they've shipped out a brand new copy and again wrote how sorry they were I got a damaged copy.

So, amazing support. Quick response and they make sure you get what you ordered, undamaged.
Very very friendly as well!

I have ordered a book and never arrived. They say 3-4 working days but still after 7 working days didn’t arrive. I have contacted them through email twice and after 10 working days they don’t bother to give a response. I presume that i have been cheated. The status on my order still says that I should received it 10/01. I have seen after that here on trustpilot ( recent messages) a lot of people didn’t received their products.

So stay away from this company. There are better others online book stores.

I ordered two books, but apparently they did not have them in stock (which they did not tell me at first place). I expected to get the books at latest 7 days, but it takes way more, and I cancelled my order. I am still waiting for the refund.

No updates at all, the package was stated to be delivered yesterday - And it looks like it might be long distance warehouse or something, but I have received NO information about it, ever since I ordered it….. Worst customer service. Since it was (supposed to be) a christmas gift, I would now like to cancel it, so that I can support a proper store instead.

Just very dissapointing.

Please be careful when you order from this website. The delivery date usually longer then predicted. Then online books not always works on IOS. You might waste your money… 😕

SECOND time Tales pulls its tricks on me. Second time I placed the order that did not arrive, apparently it is not in their magazine. Now I am realising it is some kind of drop shipping scam, probably run by one, or handful of people, without proper Custmer Support. Please find another place to order from, especially around Christmas

The worst online book store I ever experienced. I bought two books and they send one of them (with latency), I waited for the next one for more than a month, and they did not send it and even update me about the state of my order. Then I emailed them and they said the book is not available, and won't be available. Now it is about three months that I am emailing them for reimbursement and in the last email they are asking for the transaction number. I am not sure I can get my money back.

Doesn't matter is it tales.dk or tales.as seems they are a bunch of scammers. Book ordered 26th of june, expected in 10-15 days. Today is 13th of August, no answers on email, even the site is not working anymore.

I ordered two books a week ago and I haven't gotten them or heard anything about the delivery. I thought it takes only 1-2 days to deliver the order. Could you please check my order status?

Ordered a book on 22nd June and given estimated delivery date of 15th July.
It's now 6th August and order shows still being packed and hasn't left the warehouse.
I have emailed customer services 3 times and have yet to receive any response (except automated reply).
No phone number/online chat facility.

Site not recommended at all.

Ordered books as pdf online waited 3 weeks cancelled my order have written to there only online point of contact 3 times for a refund and had nothing back what so ever. Avoid like the plague

I ordered a book that they said was in stock. Then a week later I got an email saying it wasn't in stock but it will be sent to me when they have it. I got a date of 14th June that it'll be back in stock but I've received nothing. After numerous attempts to email them (no phone number) I have had no reply. Terrible company. Awful service. Absolute cheats. And they still have my money. I can see others have had similar issues with this group of clowns.

I'm really disappointed by the unprofessional experience I have had with Tales.dk
A customer service which send automatic email to their customers, ignored my emails, when I was asking for news about my four weeks late book. I'm then asking a refund and I received an other automatic email saying that they couldn't send me a new book or refunding me the one I have paid. We are one month after my order and still no book or no news from them. No number to get a person on the phone . That is my experience with Tales.dk. I'm ready to remove my review if something is made for my order. Pierre-Ange

Ordered 3 books from Tales.no on July 2nd, sent a support request on the 12th, date I should be receiving them, haven’t heard from them till today (18th).
Would not recommend, will not shop again.
Leaving a review exclusively because they seem to be more responsive here than on their own site.

Ordered from their swedish store and it's by far the worst experience I've had with any online purchase. The order was placed June 19th and the item should have been delivered june 29th. It's now July 13th and they haven't replied to any of my two e-mails to customer support. The first mail was sent almost 2 weeks ago now.

They dont write if a product is not available. The information comes after you place the order. It has been 10 days, still did not receive my order. I contacted them and still no response after 24 h as they promise.

Ordered book but not in stock. Why advertise stock that you don't have! Keep changing future delivery date. Not a great experience. Cancelled order.
