Very disappointed ☹️ with the quality of the chain I received which was a birthday present from my son. At first it looked great and had the names of both my granddaughters engraved in the circle, although smaller than expected I still loved it. This was purchased in April this year and within a month it started to bring the back of my neck out in a rash and when I examined it more closely I could see that the whole thing had tarnished. This should not be happening so soon after purchase for the price he paid.

I ordered the Precious Spot Map…
I ordered the Precious Spot Map Necklace with Milanese Chain [18K Gold Vermeil].
Ordered August 1st arrived August 18th.
It arrived too late to give to my wife for our 27th wedding anniversary. BE AWARE THAT IT WILL TAKE 12 "BUSINESS" DAYS TO ARRIVE. They shared if they got it to me within 18 days they were meeting their promised delivery time. I'm told this is hidden somewhere in the fine print.
The company was completely unhelpful in helping me track when it was finally going to be delivered. Just cold responses with their justifications why they didn't have to get it to me yet.
I paid extra for the longest chain extension possible. I was sent the standard length chain with the cheapest extension chain I have ever seen. Then to top it off this short cheap extension chain had no way to connect to the clasp!
To make this $400 gift work for my wife I'm going to have to take it to a jeweler and have a decent chain of the correct length added.
I will not waste anymore time with this sub par company on this order and will never order from them again.
2 of 5 stars.
I suggest buyer beware when dealing with Talisa.
