I have filed a return and refund…

I have filed a return and refund request as my product received was not what was ordered. I am waiting resolution on that so the customer service has been expeditious, which is great, but the product itself did not meet the requirements.

They charged me 58.00 for something I did not keep when I canceled the membership. The jewelry is not great quality 20.00 items bring charged 50-80.

Great Experience and Wife Loved Her Gift

The team at Talisa was super responsive when USPS messed up my order and delivered it to the wrong home. They were going to replace it free of charge and luckily a neighbor who got the package brought it to me. Top level service all around.

Turned wife’s wrist green.

I ordered a gold/diamond map bracelet, and my wife absolutely loved it, but now she can’t wear it because the finish is coming off on the back, and is turning her hand green. This is extremely disappointing as she loved it initially, but now won’t wear it. I hope the company does something about this .

Very disappointed with my purchase

Very disappointed with my purchase. The necklace arrived late and missed my 10th anniversary, even though they refunded the delivery cost. Unfortunately, after wearing it for just one day, a piece broke. The quality and service did not meet my expectations at all.

Smaller than advertised and the mapping lacked the detail as advertised. Quite the disappointment in terms of quality replication of the map on such a small circle.
