Talkdesk is a great product. It is easy to make calls and select which channel you would like to call on. I like how there are multiple options for availability status. The user interface is nice, and the colors are pleasant.

I work with Talkdesk all day at work

I work with Talkdesk all day at work. Most of the time it works great! I do believe there are a few bugs- calls will not connect and error messages occur, but this is rare. Overall it is an enjoyable program to work with.

TD FTW!

Talkdesk is one of the best telephony/click-to-dial software out there. We integrate TD with our double digit salesforce orgs to streamline outreach and gather metrics. There are some features I would like to see enhanced, to improve overall usability, Such as; reporting and the ability to easily distinguish between contacts who may be duplicates or have the same name. Overall, we've been pretty impressed with The value Taldesk has brought to the table. The price point is a bit on the higher side, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

My experience with talkdesk has been rocky at first but so far so good!

My experience with talkdesk has been rocky however for the past couple of months it has improved. Since talkdesk uses wifi to operate, all of the blame cannot be placed on talkdesk and as long as you have a strong connection, your experience should be ok! Not giving it 5 stars due to the many issues I had with it on 2019 however, I can say they have improved a lot. 4/5 stars!

Talkdesk makes managing calls easier

Talkdesk is a straightforward, easy to use tool when it comes to segregating calls in categories such as language group, type of call (i.e. customer experience versus security) etc., helping therefore distribute the load between agents. It also helps put a hierarchy when it comes to who gets the call first (frontline versus experienced). It makes it easy to manage your team, and you can also obtain statistics for each agent when there is a specific SLA to be met. It also easily integrates with Zendesk. Altogether, it makes managing calls easier, monitoring breaks, call time, after call time, language distribution, call SLAs, etc. - everything is compiled in one place.

Much better than other services we've…

Much better than other services we've used, there are always going to be minor blips, but the training, interface and sandbox are all fantastic, and the customer service has always been attentive.

Overall Simple and Easy

Overall, the app is simple, straightforward and easy to set up and use. I did have an issue on one of my systems with it (it had previously worked fine with no issues), then for some reason stopped working. It has taken 2+ weeks to get it sorted out. It's been rather frustrating.
But, I have a team of 10 ppl that use it everyday, and this is the only issue we've had.

Talkdesk is an all-in-one contact center solution. Using it, we're able to manage inbound and outbound calls plus track performance metrics. Talkdesk is absolutely critical to our company's day-to-day operations!

I use talkdesk for patient care

I use talkdesk for patient care. Overall, I believe it is a great tool. Connection is pretty solid, I don't generally disconnect from patients unless it's an internet issue, quality of sound is good, it's easy to use, and it does a good job logging my calls. I wish it had a text function so that I could send or receive texts with my patients. That's my only criticism.

Extremely easy to use for our team

Extremely easy to use for our team. Voice quality is great even after we moved 100% remote and had to rely on individual home internet/routers. Would absolutely recommend.

Makes Call Reporting a Breeze

Talkdesk has been such a vital tool for our team and our clients! The call features are easy to use while on the phone with a client, and as an Admin, reporting couldn't be easier! Quickly find call recording, see team metrics, change a user's status, and more! I would highly recommend this system!+

Overall Talkdesk is a great product…

Overall Talkdesk is a great product that works efficiently and has a solid, fairly intuitive user experience. There are some issues if your organization seeks to customize to a great degree because some more advanced options are locked down or need to be changed by support personnel, but overall Talkdesk accomplishes what it's meant to do very effectively.

Overall it is good for me the hardest…

Overall it is good for me the hardest two parts are:
1. Transfering to another remote team member
2. When a person has an extension the keypad doesn't seem to connect with the company land line which is frustrating.
