They produce the most cheapest and uncomfortable footwear - I have bruises all over my feet and my leg hurts - it’s so so so bad for your health to be wearing such cheap shoes

Very poor communication not answered any emails after sending wrong size. Prefer Mario Bertulli but needed boots for snapped tendons but they are out of stock. I don’t recommend this company so hold onto your cash.

I should know better than to buy shoes from a Facebook ad. Oh well. I did. And these shoes, from tallmenshoes.com aren't what I expected.

One, the insert that makes you taller is at the back of the shoe only, ie, the heel. There is no similar heightening at the front, and so it's like you're walking on high heels, I'd think.

Two, I wrote their Customer Support. Didn't answer the question. Wrote again. They answered. Said it was like wearing high heels until you get used to it, recommended starting with 1" then working my way up. (No thanks.)

Three, their messaging on the website is VERY aggressive. I get that they want to be sure that the customer understands the process. But what I got from this is that they've had problems before and thus the almost confrontational tone of their returns page.

Four, you will also learn that not only must you pay to ship the shoes back but that you have to pay now for their original shipment to you. In other words, they've installed a clear disincentive to return shoes, one that the fine print doesn't really state outright. And of course they wouldn't. They don't want these back.

Learned my lesson. Hope you'll think twice before buying shoes on line from this site (or any site). Just go to the mall.

Delivery was prompt, the fit and quality of leather inside and out is exceptional.

I don't attend a lot of events that would require me to wear nice shoes. After choosing a pair of very nice shoes I decided to pay the two day shipping option so I would receive them early enough to wear them to an event on the 20th of January. I didn't receive them until the 22nd. I do not foresee any future events to attend so before I wear these shoes I decided to return them. After beginning the process of the return I noticed that I'm not going to be refunded the shipping charge even though the two day shipping turned into a week. Also I'm being charged $10 for a return shipping label to be processed. A company that will not fully refund a customer is a company that doesn't know how to take care of their customers.

Just ordered the extreme height boots. I was totally surprised that my original pair of 3in total height boots lasted 3 years of daily use. Thanks so much for going from 5'9" to six foot.

I was sent the wrong colour pair of boots. I reached out to the support team, and they made all efforts to address the matter.

Very little customer rep can do for you.
Long story short bought $212 worth of shoes returned them only to pay additional $62 worth of shipping cost since they do not provide free returns outside US and for them to refund me only $178.90 saying I quote "If a free shipping promotion was applied to the order then actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
since the free shipping promotion was used on this order then the actual shipping costs were also deducted. The shipping cost we paid for you to keep the order was $23.33
Sorry for any confusion this may have caused."

When clearly you can see the products account for $212 and no shipping fee of "$23.33" to be seen.

I have bought a couple shoes and have been a supporter of the brand but this experience was a let down and I will not be recommending tallmenshoes to anyone anymore.
