Warning for potential customers
Warning for potential customers. I have really bad experience with this company. Ordered 8×12 storage tent 9 days ago. For first 5 days after payment replies was super fast with explainings why I did not received tracking information, such like slipery roads, bad trafic, logistic companies changing and so on. Now explanations are over, they stopped replying with arguments why shipment was not sent, no tracking was given, no delivery information was provided within 9 days after payment was made. Trying to cancel my order and to get refund, but as I said no responce from their side for a three days. Will get back with rest of story when it will be solved. But I reccomend NOT TO TRANSFER ANY MONEY for products to this company, as you can get in same situation like I am.

Hej, I ordered online on a weekend, and it arrived on Wednesday, exactly 3 weekdays after ordering. Its worth of the money and looks great on my patio. I have mounted it on a wooden deck with M8, 30 mm tree screws. I am waiting for a heavy rain to see if its 100% waterproof as claimed but so far no water has come out during a light rain.
4 star due to delivery issues, i ordered a 3x3 m size but got an 3x3.6 m size with a 3x3 m curtains set. Had to call and write emails to sort it out. Waiting for the correct size of the curtains which are supposed to come by tomorrow according to the shipment company.
Overall a good pavalion.

I believed I was purchasing a 3mx4m pavilion only to find it has a usable area of only 2.5mx3.5m. I feel extremely disappointed with my purchase and seriously mislead by your advertising.

Fast, customer oriented service
Tlalpartner was was quick to ship my order. There were issues with the shipping company which Taltpartner were quick to address and promptly sent replacement for the packages lost by the courier.
The selection of tents suitable for covering everything from bicycles up to a small warehouse size area means that they will have something to fit anyone’s needs.

Reasonable price
Reasonable price, fast delivery, easy to assemble, quite solid construction. Had a small problem that was quickly resolved by the customer service.

WARNING
Totally worthless customer service. I wanted to return the tent because it was very crappy quality. I got no answer for two month even though I tried all ways to contact them. Then it was too late to return. After I red comments about this company I can see that this is the business worthless model they use. So one star is even to much
