Amazing tent and The Best Customer Service
The tent was as advertised but arrived with dome construction flaws, damaged metal pole, one of the opening canvas pieces had a hole in it. I sent pictures to them asking what we could do as we bought the tent to use at our wedding. Bianca was amazing! I had the replacement parts, free of cost send and received within 5 working days. I would definitely order from them again! Thank you for ensuring that our wedding day was perfect!
