My two cents on Tangem Pay so far :
Topping up was straightforward and transaction went through quickly without any hiccups.

It's complicated platform. They have 2 wallets. I accidentally signed up to the mobile wallet. Now I can't get the cold wallet which has hbar. The only reason I ordered tangem was for hbar but they don't have on mobile wallet. It is so stupid to have 2 wallets the mobile one being secure. The reason people order cold wallets is for security so why have a less secure option. And if you accidentally sign up the the wrong wallet you can't move cards over to the other secure wallet.

Tangem is dumb. In addition, you can't transfer your crypto out of there platform without owning eth or sol. So you have buy only with a revolut card. Which I don't have. So my crypto is stuck on their platform. Tangem is scammy. Trezor is much better buts dosnt have hbar.

Tangem is a secure and easy-to-use cold wallet with a very simple setup process

Unfortunately a non-functional product. Support could not figure out how to get the ring to function, and because each ring/card is unique upon manufacture, no refunds are possible. So I'm out a few hundred dollars without recourse. Edit: Tangem replied to my negative review indicating that there was no support ticket tethered to my profile, however my support ticket was Ticket#262826709.

I want to thank Tangem for really going the extra mile. My first order did not arrive but they then sent me another order using another courier company which arrived very soon after. I would recommend Tangem to anyone looking to take all crypto off of exchanges. The app is super easy to use and keeps your investments safe.

Ordered set of 3 tangem cards. They do not operate properly. All 3 will not activate. I contacted customer service numerous times. They will not provide a replacement or refund without timely video proof that their product is malfunctioning. This product and customer service is extremely poor and would not recommend. I'm throwing it in the trash that's where it belongs.

Tangem is a great product that combines convenience and security, and we look forward to adding even more security to its offline functionality!

Wallet arrived promptly from Switzerland via DHL.
Many great card designs to choose from.
Card was quite easy to set up using the Tangem App.
Shouldn't be a problem for those approaching retirement and beyond. Video instruction available if required. Search out the Tangem website on YouTube.
Been using the wallet for a week now and I absolutely love it. Looking forward to future card developments.👍🏻

In general, the Tangem wallet is very easy to set up and very easy to use. I give it an A+++ My only complaint would be, no live person and no live chat if you run into a problem. That's what prompted me to leave this review. I ran into a problem. Anyone planning on buying BDX crypto and transferring to your wallet, I recommend holding off. Tangem just added the BDX crypto to their wallet in January of 26. There's definitely some kind of issue with it because I transferred tokens to my wallet on January 31st and they're still not in there. I'm sure they'll get it figured out at some point so buyer beware. Let me take that back, you can buy, just don't transfer it to your wallet till they get it figured out.

TANGEM has ruined great (android) app!
the app log out user after 2 to 3 min, when no action is taken, it would be okay to log out when screen is shut down, or when user leave the app but when user still is in the app, is not SERIOUS and for sure not PROFESSIONAL!
i have already missed out couple of crypto purchases when i started swap for a crypto and waited for the suitable for me price for the crypto when suddenly the app LOGGED ME OUT!
and when I logged back in, it took about a minute an a half, the price of the crypto i wanted to buy skyrocketed and i didn't even know what had happened in that minute!
TANGEM FOLKS! make the app working, as it did before that disastrous degrading it!!!

Very very Good

I’ve been using this Tangem for a while now, and overall I’m very satisfied. Setup was straightforward, and the interface is easy to navigate even for beginners. Security feels solid with private keys stored offline, which gives real peace of mind when holding crypto long-term. Tangem is king a lot better than Trezor.

I purchased two kits with three cards each, one for myself and one for my wife. I liked them so much that I bought two more kits of three cards each. The ease of use and security beat almost all competitors. Thank you, Tangem!

Excellent cold wallet. Easy to use, since the beggining. Offers yeld in some coins, wich is a plus. Now it has a cyrpto card that works flawlessly. If you are really in crypto, you should have one, for security and easyness to use.
I got 5 of them already.
Highly recommended.

This cold wallet is great! Doesn’t need to connect to electronic devices, it’s secure, the cards are really nice, nothing flashy and it’s perfect for not drawing any attention. If people ever see the cards they would never imagine you store crypto.

I've used the Tangem Ring daily and I love it. Finally, crypto hardware that feels like real jewelry. Very comfortable, clean, premium look, reliable, solid build quality & clever backup system.

My Samsung phone will not allow me to install the tangem app. My Nokia phone, a slightly older model with the app installed will simply not communicate with the wallets. I have not yet managed to solve the problem.

Best cold wallet in the world I mean if you guys didn’t need fancy electronic wallet and looking for just easy to use clean app interface, quick setup process and if you go for ring wallet which you can carry with you 24hr then just go for it.👌🏻

Love the fact that I can create backup in two or three cards. Tangem is cost effective as compared to other cold wallets. Even if I lose my phone, I can easily restore on another device.
I would wish one card could support multiple wallets. If I need multiple wallets, I have to purchase another set of cards
