Love my tangem cards, got a lot of hardware wallets but tangem is one of the best ones, easy to use, carry and no need to charge the cards like a ledger for example. Very nice!

Excellent start
I’d like to base this review around how Tangem dealt with a problem with my initial order. I ordered 3 Tangem cards, and unfortunately my order was lost in transit. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly and were very friendly. They immediately investigated the issue and resolved the problem. I won’t go in to any more details, as I’d like to keep it fairly private, however I’m going to give Tangem 5 stars because of how it was handled. I received my order today and I’m very happy.
Alongside this, if you research, it looks like Tangem is the best option on the market for a cold wallet. I’m happy to have chosen Tangem and have them with me on the beginning of my crypto journey.
Highly recommend Tangem products and their customer service for handling my order with honesty and openness, kindness and professionalism.

Transferring the wallet from old phone…
Transferring the wallet from old phone to new phone went well. I forgot my access code and had to set a new code. Setting the new code was simple and quick. I tried scanning the ring first, but for some reason the scanning was too slow and wouldn’t complete the scanning. Tried scanning the card and scanned it immediately. Completed the process and the wallet was transferred over onto my new phone. For a first timer with no experience the process went smoothly.

Super simple across the board!
The ordering process was simple, shipping time was fast in the U.S., and setup was super easy! Their website has tons of helpful information on it and so does the Discord. I utilized these resources to make sure I was informed and ready to go when my order arrived.
I've been very pleased with everything so far, and I like that it's comfortable to use like a credit or debit card. Highly recommend!!

Beware of custom duty if live in USA
You will get a FedEx custom duty invoice if you live in USA.
I odered a wallet from Tangem, a week later, got a $83 invoice from fedEx for custom duty. I was not made aware of this duty, anywhere during the purchase process. I would not have bought this if I knew I have to pay custom duty also. I am very disappointed in my purchase.

Disappointed with Limited Network Support and Lack of Help
I purchased a Tangem wallet with the expectation that it would provide full support for storing and managing my cryptocurrencies securely. Unfortunately, I’ve found that the wallet only supports the Bitcoin mainnet and does not allow receiving BTC via other networks like BEP20, TRC20, or ERC20 — even though these are widely used and often much cheaper to use for transfers.
This limitation was not clearly communicated before purchase. Now, I am stuck, unable to receive my BTC using a preferred network, and customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful regarding this issue. They simply say “not supported” without offering any alternative or workaround.
I expected much better from a product that advertises itself as a flexible and secure wallet. I hope Tangem improves their network compatibility or at least makes this limitation clear to new users before purchase.

2. BTCB (Binance Bitcoin) on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network.
