I would give no stars if I could.
This is the 2nd order I have had the misfortune to have to place with this company.
Unfortunately they are the only website to sell the spare part for my kitchen spray tap.
With both orders (placed 2 years apart) they took my money and told me to await despatch despite it stating clearly that all orders placed before 12 noon would be despatched the same day, in neither case was the item ever sent until weeks later. When I chased them they blame the couriers and anyone else that they can to hide the fact that they are scam artists.
Never buy an expensive abode tap when these are the after sales people you have to deal with.
I'd rather spend hundreds of pounds buying a whole new tap and spray next time, rather than deal with this company ever again.
If there was a zero option I would have chosen it. Got a confirmation email and they took my money. 2 weeks later still no tap and no response to 2 emails

I ordered a hot and cold tap cartridge spare for my Franke Eiger tap. It arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had to wait ages to get a plumber to fit these but sadly they didn't fit. The cartridge was very slightly too tall. I recently asked for a refund for these cartridges but because a couple of months have lapsed I was told I was "too late". Basically the Franke Eiger tap cartridges DO NOT fit the taps, so don't buy them! Sadly the tap cartridges will now probably end up on landfill which is something we should not be doing in this day and age.
Ordered a ceramic valve for a Rangemaster tap.
Found the diagram on the website and ordered - delivered in 3 days. No problems.
Ordered some tap cartridges on Sunday. Said 3-5 working days delivery. Bit worried when nothing had arrived by Thursday, and then read the reviews here. Checked my account, which showed the order was out for delivery. Arrived next day, Friday. Fitted Abode cold tap cartridge. Operating smoothly, no more leaks.
A big thank you to Kristjan who was amazing when I ordered the wrong tap, exchange without fuss and helped me pick the correct size and delivered without any issues the next day absolutely brilliant service and a wonderful experience thank you very very much I’d recommend tap spares to anyone.
I placed an order and duly received an email to say they'd received payment.
I waited for the goods but they didn't arrive. I emailed the company and left a message on their website but didn't get any sense out of them, so I asked for a refund.
Logging onto my supposed account on the company website, it appeared I'd never ordered anything and never sent them any message on their website. But of course I had.
I was refunded by my credit provider.
Just like others, I should have checked Trustpilot before ordering from this company.

Ordered on Dec 7th, items were in stock on website. On 14th Dec, I emailed to ask where the goods were.
Quite alarmingly the response I got was "Thanks for your email, I am having trouble finding your account with the order number supplied, in order to assist you further could you please supply me with you address including postcode" - if you cant find an order with your own order number, what sort of system are you running!!!
I was then told "Thanks for the information, I have now managed to find your account, we have the descaler, but the filters are not due into us until end of the week, as soon as they arrive all back orders will be fulfilled and despatched, sorry for the delay"
Still nothing arrives.....
So I request a refund on 30th Dec, takes them until 4th Jan to respond ( letting them off its Christmas!) with once again "Can you please advise your delivery address so can look into this" - what's the point of an order number if you are incapable of using it.
I explain that there is nothing to look into as I would like an IMMEDIATE refund of the money they took a month ago - only to be met with "I have spoken to our warehouse and we are currently waiting on stock. Stock is due in to us, early next week"
What part of give me my money back for goods you have NOT provided is difficult???

Awful!!! Why did I not read the reviews before I ordered something???? 1) Paid for next day delivery and did not receive the next day. Rang the following day and they it had been dispatched and was on the way - rang three days later and asked for the extra next day delivery cost to be refunded. They did not know where the order was and they advised me that they had to walk down to the warehouse to find out but somehow confirmed it would be sent today? (Odd I thought it had been sent days ago???). No doubt I will be asking for a full refund tomorrow. Avoid at all costs.
Fantastic service. Extremely pleasant to deal with, helpful and informative. I got the part I needed very quickly and overall was very impressed. Highly recommended!
Only given one star because I could not give give the non and leave a revue. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
My experience was exactly the same as the other reviews. They took my money & confirmed my order, when the items didn’t arrive I emailed to chase my order & got no response so I phoned in which took ages to get an answer, was told there was a delay & they would send out another tap which would take another week to arrive, after this week passed & still no delivery I emailed again & referenced the poor reviews I’d seen on trust pilot with the same issues.
I still got no response so I phoned in again & phone was put down on me when I said I was chasing my order.
I’ve now asked for a refund & still have no response. It’s been 3 weeks now.
Obviously I would not recommend you buy from this business.
This is the online presence for Abode. I placed my order for a part that their website said was in stock. I chased the order by email after 2 weeks with no reply. So I called a week later (on hold music for over 10 minutes) to be told that they would despatch another one as it must have been lost in the post. Waited another 2 weeks. No delivery. Called again (another 10 minutes of on-hold music) to be told they didn't have stock. I have now requested a full refund. Hence I would not advise using this company.
This is a fake company. I received a confirmation email in my junk but that was all I received. They took my money, didn't send my tap spare and didnt reply to my email questioning where my order was.
