The product is not very good- the tape isn't strong and it gets slimy and they charged me for a second order I didn't make. I have been trying to cancel it but there's no option on the website to cancel!

agree with all the other reviews. horrible product, was nothing like the moth tapes I used previously. smelled weird. had no ingredient list on packaging, tho it said it was infused with collagen in the advertisement. I had NO CLUE I had a subscription....and they kept sending full orders EVERY WEEK, and auto charging! i worte multiple times demanding they stop, but no response and I ended up with hundreds of useless mouth tapes and spent almost $200!

I tried to cancelled my subscription several times on their web site but they never got back to me. When I first ordered their product I did not know that I was put on a subscription plan. Beware of this! The only way to contact them is by email and they do not respond to it.

I canceled my auto subscription weeks before the next order. Taped still processed it, took my money and now no one is responding at the hello tape email address. Scam company!

I cannot get access to my account. And there’s no help. Error codes after error codes and no way of getting any help. Paid premium for this and feel ripped off.

I haven't heard anything from you since I ordered on the 6th of December 2022.

These people are scammers….ordered back in October 2021and still haven’t received the product or refund after emailing them like 15 times. The reviews here have the same story as mine. All I can say is, what goes around comes around.

I’m just reiterating what has been said about this joke of a company but please I beg of you not to order from this place it’s been a month and still haven’t received my order with no word from " customer service do yourself a favor and go on Amazon and buy this product

They cashed in on our data for billions mabe trillions, has anyone noticed problems with accounts links to this product??? Like hacks and lost accounts?

Works perfect for me since I bought them around this time last year. Wanted to purchase more at the time. Haven't used it in a few months, thought it didn't work and came online to troubleshoot, but apple has it where you click the nfc readeer first in the control center and both of my Tapd NFC's work perfectly still. Not sure why so much bad feedback lol

Never got the product and there is no response from "customer service".

Came in the mail 7 months after ordering. Customer service is nonexistent. Have no complaints with product.

Made my order December 26 2020 no product delivered. No response after 10 emails to customer service. No refund. Nothing but a credit card bill for 99.95 . Pretty sure it's a scam.

Placed an order months ago. Order was not only not delivered but has not been refunded. Some rubbish about waiting to receive the product from their postal department. I have reported to trading standards. Do not buy this rubbish productz

Profile won’t let you log in. When I tried to contact customer service they keep on asking me stuff that were common sense to do, then when I asked for a refund they didn’t respond. It’s been four months since I ordered and still haven’t received it. PRETTY SURE THAT IT’S A SCAM!!!!!!

I keep trying to get a confirmation code sent to a German mobile. Doesn't work. I've got the item but no code. The help / support link doesn't work without being logged in. Not good enough...

Was Working The First Day! Now All My Credentials Don’t Work For My Login. & When I Try To Create A New Account. It Says My Account Already Exist. No Matter If It’s Email, or Phone. The Tapd Feature I Had On It Still Works. Order #5972. Username login doesn’t work
