Do not recommend this company. Product came without an issue. But then I started receiving monthly deliveries (and charges?!) that I NEVER signed up for or authorized. Customer service is unhelpful and untrustworthy. Save your money and your time, use a different product.
Horrible customer service. I placed an order on 2/22/26 and as of 2/28/26 I still have no received a product or a reliable shipping label. The product is coming from China, which is very misleading because their website says they are US based. Their customer service provides zero information and will not provide a refund. Instead they keep resending the tracking info that has zero information.
sent the product right away. then charged me the next month and the next month with no products. I didn't even order with subscriptions. They owe me money for two months and ... crickets. No reponse.
I have sent several emails and no reponse.
I would really call them fraudulent.
Shipping was slightly delayed but the communication made it manageable. The product itself is excellent. It holds firm, feels soft and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin.
Lighter fabrics are always my biggest worry but this stayed completely invisible. No lines showing, no edges peeking through. That alone made me feel way more confident wearing it.
Ordered two packages of mouth on 8/31/25
-emailed about missing order on 9/21/25

One package of mouth tape received on 9/26/25, clearly shipped from China.

-emailed again on 10/22/25, still no response to any of my emails.
They are taking money out of my account for orders that I did not reorder. I have tried to contact them multiple times but have not heard back from them. Might need to stop my credit card which will be a major hassle.
Horrible customer service, sub par product and lengthy shipping times.
Update- after over 3 weeks, half my order arrived!! I contacted them several times about my other half, I then noticed they had taken another payment, I contacted them again and finally they answered telling me I had signed up for a subscription (who would
want 60 mouth tapes a month i dont
know?) They then told me as i was
cancelling my subscription i wasnt
eligible for my other half of initial order
despite telling me several times they had sent it!!
Update the other half finally arrived 5 weeks later!! They though are a very rude company to deal with, Wouldn't recommend at all!!
