Not very helpful. I needed a spare part for a product they supplied, got the stock don't sell them, not even a suggestion of where they get them from to contact.

I had a faulty item they refuse to replace , they say they will then do nothing

Having placed the order and paid a delivery charge I had expected the tap to arrive fairly promptly but it didn't and I even sent a customer enquiry about delivery (which wasn't answered). Anyway it arrived after about a week and everything was as expected - well packaged, complete and it seems good value. I fitted the tap without any trouble using the supplied components and it works perfectly. A pity the experience was marred somewhat by the rather longer than expected delivery timescale however it seems like a good buy.

I would definitely recommend Tapshop321, great website, good prices and quick delivery. The tap has been in over a month now and no issues at all.

The taps were eventually received after having to phone tapshop twice to chase up the order. items were out of stock and eventually came direct from manufacturer.

After order was placed an initial confirmation of order was received but no follow up emails giving details of when the good were expected for delivery. Nor was there any forthcoming information concerning dispatch. Rather poor service in all.

Once eventually received the goods arrived in good order and correctly.

First rate service item arrived in one day . Keep up the good work .

The price was good and delivery was fairly quick but they did not send any email to say the goods had been despatched. In addition, I have had no invoice, despite my ringing and asking for one to be emailed!

Great taps that go so well with our butler sink in our cottage kitchen.

I bought a LED, demister mirror for my bathroom and would highly recommend Tapshop321. This arrived very quickly and was very easy to install also the prices are excellent a lot cheaper than most websites I had viewed.

Bought and paid in advance for 2 pair of taps only 1 delivered.
When telephoned on Friday was told picking error and would receive missing pair by following Tuesday. Rang Wednesday and was told would get it next day - Thursday. Did arrive on Thursday!
Not too bad but as an installer no one realises that we do not get paid for second visits!!!

We brought our bathroom taps from tapshop321 their price was so reasonable compared to other shops. They arrived the next day and were fitted the next day. What more could anyone want.

I was looking for a specific shower mixer tap and after scouring through numerous websites, I finally found one which ticked all my boxes on Tapshop 321.
After reading other reviews on here, I did expect a fast delivery of my shower mixer tap - and I got one! I ordered on a Sunday and by Tuesday it had arrived!
I was really pleased with the quality of my choice too. Even when my bathroom specialist saw which one I ended up going for, he said I had made a good choice and he could tell that it was a quality product, which was a consolation to hear from someone who knows what he's talking about!
I thought the price was reasonable too..I have no complaints and would not hesitate in recommending Tapshop 321 to anyone out there.

I ordered a ceramic cartridge bath shower mixer tap. I received a pair of bath taps. Rang to explain the problem several times, eventually I was told the correct tap would be sent out. New tap arrives, it is a bath shower mixer tap, but not a ceramic cartridge one as advertised. Photos sent to show the mixer tap was of a traditional rubber washer type, but tapstore were unable to confirm this from the picture and could not send out an alternative, So I took the option of a refund, which was posted to my account a week + later, with no explanation, email or phone call. So a lot of hassle over two weeks for nothing.

I decided to look online for a new kitchen flexible style tap after finding that all the superstores advertise that they sell them but they are almost always out of stock when you want to buy!

I found this site and also found exactly what I was looking for at a price that I couldn't believe. I had logged in at Sale time and got my beautiful tap for less than half price.

It arrived within a few days and has now been installed and my kitchen fitter was very impressed with the quality.

Ordered taps to be delivered whilst on my hols. returned one week later to no taps and bathroom being started the next day. phone to find out reason for non delivery it was a mamufacturing fault with choosen taps, phoned back with my new selection and they where delivered by 9.00am the following day and sitting pretty on my new bath by that afternoon. my refuund for the price diiference credited my immediately. Very good service and taps

Fast and efficient service. One of the items ordered was damaged and this was replaced quickly and efficiently. I would definately use them again.
