What more do you need, saw the Taps we liked, placed the order, arrived on time, still waiting for them to be fitted but so far not a problem.

Very prompt delivery
It arrived promptly the day after ordering even though it was quite late in the day when I placed the order. So it was already here waiting for the plumber when he arrived.

Lovely tap…but
This review would be five stars, however like a previous review, the tap was delivered damaged. I can’t fault tap warehouse though. They arranged for a new tap to be delivered and the damaged one to be collected. The tap itself looks great, however they do need to package the tap better to stop instances like this happening in the future.

Kitchen Sink order
Ordered a sink and associated drainage bits, spoke to Liam on the online chat window and he was really helpful, got the ordered sorted for me very easily and quickly, even managed to save some money on it for me.
Haven't received the order yet but service has been good.

A very good company to deal with highly recommend Customer Service was excellent. I made a mistake with my order. It was quickly verified and the correct item was sent the very next day and the original item was picked up at the same time. I will definitely be using them again.
