Well Packed S/S Kiychen sink.

Purchased new kitchen 1.5 bowl sink. Received very quickly after ordering on line. Well packaged. Large box was intact and had been delivered carefully. Have not unpacked sink yet but it was well protected with
Bubble wrap and original manufacturer's cardboard shape. So should not be damaged or scratched.

Good customer service when stuff goes wrong

We ordered a composite sink and delivery came as promised next day. However there was a very small crack which our builders noticed and so we had to return. The return process was doable and I spoke with an understanding customer service person who helped and organised the delivery of the new item the next day. The new sink is good quality.

Bathroom renovation stalled: Weeks of awful customer service for a refund

If you receive a faulty item from Tap Warehouse, be prepared for a disjointed customer service experience that will completely derail your project timeline.

I purchased a toilet bundle for a bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, it arrived with a severe manufacturing casting fault (a warped ceramic pan). At tap warehouse's request, my plumber jumped through all the manufacturer’s hoops, stripping the unit down to definitively prove it wasn't an installation error.

When I reported this, the communication was abysmal. My emails were ignored for days. When they finally replied, they completely glossed over my clear request for a refund and instead offered to send me a replacement cistern—proving they hadn't even read the technical report, which clearly stated the pan was the warped part.

When you are in the middle of a bathroom renovation, you cannot simply pause the entire project for weeks while a retailer's customer service team struggles to process an email properly. Tradesmen need to be paid, and work needs to continue.

After I formally rejected their incorrect replacement and forced the return, the logistics were just as frustrating. The unit was collected on after I waited in all day with absolutely zero courier tracking or time slots provided. Following the collection, Tap Warehouse went completely radio silent. It took over two weeks of waiting before I finally received an email out of the blue confirming my refund had been processed.

I have actually used Tap Warehouse before to purchase this exact same unit a few years ago, which was installed with no problems. However, this time the unit was faulty, and you really see the true colours of a company when things go wrong.

Factoring in the wasted plumbing costs, the stress of delays to my renovation, and the sheer frustration of dealing with their slow, uncoordinated team, I absolutely cannot recommend them. Shop elsewhere if you value your time and project schedule.

Lovely tap but the waste was not appropriate.…

Really pleased with the cloakroom tap I purchased but the waste that came with it was far too big and I had to get a suitable one from Screwfix.

New ceramic sink.

Weekend 25 April 2026

Weekend 25 April 2026, the boiled water tasted different, it had a bad taste. it was around 28-29th April I noticed the water was at the bottom in a clear mug had what i would described as sediment, I checked the boiled water in several clear mugs and there was always sediment in them. I also put the filtered water and water from the ordinary cold tap and they had no sediment. I called the plumber who had installed the vellamo tap 3-1, he informed me that the element in the boiling has burnt.
I have phoned your office 15 times and left a call back and have had no responses. I am not at all satisfied.
I would like to speak to someone.
