Could someone please help

Could someone please help! Im experiencing the same issue like mentioned below unable to contact them in any way (emails, phone calls).

Could someone please advise me the following: what are their bank account details you meant to pay this administration fee to?

Thank you in advance.

Disgusting!

Applied for redemption, sent funds, Target/HomesEngland then denied having the funds, didn't know what a redemption was, let alone how to send the applications form. over 6 hours on the phone in four days, 3 complaints, 6 emails, not one response. Seeking legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!

Utterly incompetent and useless

Utterly incompetent and useless at every single step, help to buy loan was one of my biggest regrets, and the utter incompetence of this company involved with it is absolutely disgraceful. There are not words to describe how pathetically bad this company really is

The waiting time is ridiculous

The waiting time is ridiculous. When I made the call, there were more than nine people ahead of me. After 1hr 15 minutes later my position had not changed. Finally the call machine told me there has been a problem and that my call could not be connected.

I would rate Target lower if I could

Apparently I have 5 years of arrears from the help to buy scheme, yet I've found the direct debit paperwork that was sent and set up with them from over 5 years ago.
Very difficult to get through over the phone. Twice I have been cut off after hours on hold, when you get through hope that you don't get cut off because they didn't call me back! They only open their phone lines when most people are at work and they refuse to discuss anything over email. When I did get through the lady was pleasant but couldn't give me an explanation as to why I'm only being contacted 5 years later.
The silver lining is Target will no longer be looking after our help to buy loan and the management company will be changing from 19.06.23

Consistent wait times of over 2 hours.

Consistent wait times of over 2 hours.
I was told my deeds would take 6-8 weeks to be signed and sealed, it's now been 9 and they can't provide me with an update.
My first mortgage offer expired because of their incompetence and my second is close to expiring in the next month.
Absolute joke.

Worst Customer Service Ever

Quite possibly the worst customer service team and experience i have every been involved with. No doubt its a government with the shambles i am going through. Help to buy is a good idea but trying to get a redemption statement is like getting blood from a stone. Shocking.

Not as bad as I thought

The wait on the phone was an hour to speak to someone however when I was on the phone to someone I explained I had sent my loan redemption info off with the admin fee, they confirmed they had it and sorted me out the redemption letter over the phone and emailed it to me. I would advise chasing up after a week and just leave time to call them. Julia was who helped me and was very helpful

I waited 3 hours to get through to them. They hung up on me. Oddly I asked my wife to video the 3 hour milestone and caught it on camera. I'm trying to sell my house and you're holding up the process. Never in my life have I had to deal with this service

Personally I’ve had a good experience…

Personally I’ve had a good experience with Target HCA. I needed a deed of postponement for a remortgage which took 8 weeks to come through but I was told that from the outset. It’s very easy to get frustrated and fed up waiting but any delays/holdups were outside of Targets control and were actually due to Homes England. I rang often to chase and out of all of the members of staff, I have to give particular credit to Gareth who also seemed to be extra helpful and seemed to care.

A complete shambles which is costing me and my family thousands

The government/Homes England need to step in here as this appointed organisation is a complete shambles and is costing homeowners thousands for sheer incompetence on their side.

I and my solicitor have re-sent documents multiple times that they have requested and obviously not registered, been given unclear guidance on certain requirements and then told that information that wasn't outlined is missing. They regularly break their own targets for replying (they say up to 5 business days but it's usually double). Not sure what the game is here but i'm stuck in the middle of a remortgage paying an extortionate amount in interest until it's resolved and i haven't even got to the final submission timeline for my deeds.

sublet your help to buy with ease!

Reported someone subletting their property over 2 years ago without consent. Nothings been done.
I would encourage people to sublet without asking for consent. They won’t chase you. Believe me. They do not care, neither do homes England.

Social team turned my opinion around

Initially would have written a bad experience due to delay in getting authority to proceed which posed a potential delay to my house completion, but after speaking to the Twitter team and a very friendly guy who phoned me off the back of some messages I sent on social media, I am left with a generally positive opinion of Target Group. Solved my issue within an hour of me tweeting them, and I am really grateful for their help.

Target Insiders Viewpoint

The company is made up of unqualified team leaders and managers who have only secured their jobs through connections from other unqualified team leaders and managers before them.

The staff is primarily made up of teens and 20 year olds who don't care about their job, let alone their customers, and this behaviour is enabled by said unqualified team leaders and managers.

They treat their staff like bots, brushing off any sort of wrong doings in the office including, bullying, sexual harassment, drug use, drug selling, fornication etc.

Christmas bonuses were also scrapped years ago, we would always fall just shy of our yearly target to ensure target never had to give bonuses to its staff, and they are currently laying off 120 people on one team, and have yet again found a loop hole as to not pay for redundancy to its staff members.

From a customer stand point, we have a handful of excellent and helpful staff members, sadly drowned out by the majority of young people who as mentioned do not care about your finances or loans, I for one would not trust my finances with us.

It's an untrustworthy company to work for, or to be a customer of. Not to mention all the lay offs happening of late, the business is collapsing, they cannot maintain their current contracts as the companies who have outsourced to us have pulled their portfolios or are in the process of doing so due to poor handling of their books.

Please see all the other reviews for evidence of this, as it's a regular occurrence for the company to mishandle your loans and finances.

Target is allowing Meta Bank to scam…

Target is allowing Meta Bank to scam Target's customers. Target is allowing this company's scam to steal money from its customers. Meta Bank is the company who makes it impossible to replace a bogus Visa Gift card.

Meta Bank is USING Target who seems not to care about its customers when selling this "thieving" company's gift cards in order to enrich themselves.

I have made numerous complaints to Target and no satisfactory answer has been forthcoming. Target customer service replied, "There is nothing we can do about it". What a terrible response!!!
I will never purchase a "non-Target" anything again. I am thinking about going to a competitor to make all my purchases of EVERYTHING I buy!!
Walmart or Publix would never allow their customers to walk out when returning ANYTHING!!!!

Completely let down.

I honestly do not know where to start, I am waiting on a document so I can change lenders as my 2 year fixed rate is up , I started this process with target on the 4th of January , I was told 6-8 weeks and I will have my deed of postponement letter , 11 weeks later and still no letter , I have called over 30 times and get told the same things every single day , I am now paying £600 more per month for my mortgage and they cannot give me a time scale of when I will receive my already 3 weeks late letter , My latest call was with a lady who told me “ I think we are going around in circles , I don’t have anything else to tell you “ Disappointed is an understatement I am being forced into finance trouble from a scheme which is supposed to help!
