The website was easy to use and the assigned helper was Junaid. He was on time, very friendly and helpful! This was the 1st time I used TaskRabbit and loved it! I would definitely recommend this service and especially, Junaid!

Josh came at the assigned time and built the Tarva in no time
But! I was checking my credit card, and I see I was charged by IKEA including installation and delivery fees , but I also was charged by Taskrabbit for installation

I really appreciate the services provided. It is very difficult to find people to complete small tasks. Taskrabbit is providing a valuable service, especially for people with mobility issues.

The trades guy was great but your platform sucks. I've been asking to update my mobile phone on my profiles repeatedly and still have not heard from anyone. I don't have access to my old number anymore but the site is still trying to send the verification code to my old number when I try to log in. Customer Service is pretty useless as I've sent multiple requests for help already. No answer.

Charged me for canceling when their tasker couldn’t complete my task on the day that I wanted. Life happens, the system should be flexible enough to accommodate reasonable changes without bankrupting their clients.

I have used Taskrabbit twice now and have the same review for both. The taskers are paid by hour and waste so much of time on things not needed. They pretend to not understand anything and ultimately I had to do half the things on my own to speed up. The recent electrician started packing his hand drill which wont fit properly in his small bag and kept on taking out stuff and re adjust again for 10 mins. They move so slow, to maximize time. A job which wouldn’t take an hour becomes so much longer. Very disappointing.

Extended hours for Rate for hours and time to complete . Hours are costly due to too many trips and no work or little done at times . Lots of using my bathroom and Home Depot 4 trips for supplies. Twice came to talk about work and no work done at all. Wasted my time waiting. Lots of re measures not cut right cost time and my money. Said he would complete work but had to ask him to leave and I will do it myself to avoid having him in my house again for extended time and watching work be redone or poor quality.

I had a poor expereince with a recent tasker. Based on that I cannot recommend TR services to others. The tasker-Amir-called me stupid. Perhaps better vetting of tash providers is needed.

Cancelled after the pick up time. I had to pay for extra time storage and rescheduled for the same day paying double.
