Just recently tried to buy a couple of bags, and I made a mistake, the refund was very quickly rectified because it had just gone through, and I was then able to reinstate the buy, get in touch with Dan, and he made sure my order was on the go ASAP 🔥 🔥 🔥

Always happy with the products and the general level of service, but a company "shows up" when there is an issue - we had mix up relating to a delivery; Tatami were quick to respond and quick to sort out!

Amazing customer service****Bought two hoodies before Christmas as presents. One for a birthday this month . The birthday hoodie was damaged and I contacted Tatami on Friday morning. On tbe Saturday I received a perfect replacement. Absolutely fantastic customer service

Ordered from Tatami in late January and received emails saying my items had been sent, but nothing arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was told the items were on their way back to the warehouse due to a delivery issue.

I was then contacted again and told the items were actually out of stock, even though I had already been told they had been sent out, which was confusing. I had to change my order, and when the replacement items arrived the sizing was off.

The items that do fit seem to be good quality, but overall the service wasn’t worth the hassle.

I encountered a shipping issue that took my package nearly a month to arrive. Despite that, Tatami’s customer service team was incredible to work with. They were quick to respond and continually provided updates throughout the process. Their gear is great but their customer service is even better.

Great quality products and service. I recently purchased a gi for my daughter but she needed a larger belt. Tatami were very accommodating and provided a quick and hassle free solution. Will definitely be going back when the kids outgrow their kit!

I don’t often leave reviews, but after the care Dan gave me in the customer support team, I felt compelled to. He really went the extra mile to help me, and I felt very well looked after. Which is great from a brand connected to my favourite hobby.

Had an issue where my rashguard came with the wrong design, tatami customer service were able to reslove this in less then a day by sending me another rashguard, and have a really smooth and clear communication. Rashguard is excellent quality, I 100% recommend tatami

Not only did they contact me within minutes of writing an email. But they absolutely surprised me with how simple and fast they were in addressing a mistake that was originally receiving the wrong colour of a product. They have gained a customer for life no doubt.

I ordered multiple items and received the delivery within a few days as promised. The items are all of excellent quality. I returned some items that were too big or not what I was looking for - the process for this was straightforward and the refund issued immediately on receipt of the items. I had a query about the returned items. Dan looked into this for me very quickly, and it transpired that I'd failed to add one item to the return request. A refund was also issued for this. The customer service throughout has been excellent and having used the items I kept - Ladies Gentle Panda Rash Guard, Recharged Rash Guard (Grey Tiger), and Rupture Leggings - I can share that these are extremely comfortable and protect the body effectively.

Extremely well made Gi ideal for grappling, my training partners have commented on how hard it is to hold. It reminds me of the classic, heavy duty weaves from years ago but with a much better modern fit.

Tatami is probably the best bjj/grappling company in UK...they have a huge range of products. The overall price of their items is quite balanced and the quality is very decent. The customer service is amazing...usually the will sort out any problem quite fast. It's nice when a company cares about the customer experience and that's why theyre successful in this business...and at the end of the day, they deserved. Well done lads!

Tatami Fightwear has everything you need for BJJ, and we regularly order our gear from them. Unfortunately, the delivery company doesn’t always cooperate. They sometimes deliver whenever it suits them, and I’m unable to change the delivery options online. They attempted delivery twice while we were at work, which resulted in me waiting almost a month for my package.
However, the customer service is excellent. As soon as they were informed that the package hadn’t arrived, they contacted me right away and actively helped find a solution. In the end, they had no problem sending a new order to my work address, where someone is always available to receive the package. Great service!
