I contacted customer service to return a product. They sent me a for irrigations I add a photo of the batch code. There was nowhere on the form to upload the picture. It is very frustrating and time consuming. I wouldn’t rate the help I got at all really. If I could give less than 1 I would
Abysmal customer service
I usually order my Tatcha products through Sephora as I get a discount and the postage is always pretty quick. However, I received an email from Tatcha saying if you spent £100 you got a gift bag worth £100. I placed my order, the gift bag was in my basket (I have a screenshot to prove this) but after querying why it didn't show on my order confirmation I was told they were sold out. I then tried to cancel my order but because the customer service takes too long to get back to you, that wasn't possible.
If you are tricking your customers into buying products from you with the promise of free gifts, you should a least make it clear when they sell out. No real apology, no discount code as a way of apology either. Instead a snotty email stating that if only they were in stock they could have sent me a gift bag as a 'good will gesture'! Excuse me but it is what I'm owed, hardly a good will gesture. If you want Tatcha products, do yourself a favour and order them from somewhere else. Abysmal customer service and I will never order from them directly again.
Over priced & poor customer service
Purchased the dewy gift set spending over £100. I dont get breakouts from skincare but I did with this, thought if I contacted they would tell me to keep trying. Contacted them after trying to persist with products to allow skin to get used to it but received an email saying out of 30 day refund time. Wish I read reviews on their products first instead of falling for the the sponsored reviews. Absolute waste of money. Since purchased hada labo which is much better and skin looks amazing.
I even offered to send products back which has over 70 percent in

Great Products and Great Service
Not only Tatcha is my favourite skincare brand, their customer service was outstanding. I placed an order using a promo code and noticed the complimentary gifts were missing. I contacted customer service and they resolved it quickly and were very kind throughout the process. Really happy with how smoothly everything was handled. Great products and great service!
Terrible experience with Tatcha
Terrible experience with Tatcha.
Ordered as part of wife's birthday, paid for next day delivery so would arrive in good time. Wife's birthday came and went but nothing.
Contacted customer service and was told 5-7 days to investigate.
Waited but then heard nothing so cancelled the order.
Got a full refund including the expedited shipping (as if they're doing me a favour)
Offered a pathetic 15% discount on the next order which is freely available to anyone anyway.
Avoid these clowns. If I could have given lower than one star I would have.
Tatcha 10/10
Customer service was great and efficient. I ordered the Dewy Skin Cream and it is so luxurious. Leaves your skin feeling plump and hydrated 😍

It’s my first time using the products after wanting to for a very long time and I love. I visited a Space NK store initially to see the quality and try the products and I’m in love!
I haven’t ever tried a product like this …..
I haven’t ever tried a product like Tatchas dewy moisturizer. It is so nourishing, hydrates the skin beautifully and gives the nicest glow. Will continue to use this product forever!

Grossly misleading advert currently on socials. The advert is an image of anarchy bag with six products in it. Yours if you spend £80. But you don’t actually get any of the products in the image, just the empty bag!! I’ve tried an array of Tatcha products before, and considering its ridiculously high price point, the active ingredients are severely lacking and the products are completely overpriced and overrated. Absolutely not at all worth the price, and now with this disgracefully misleading advert - I am completely put off by the brand in its entirety.
Tatcha Dewy Cream Cured Eczema
"The Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream literally cured my dyshidrotic eczema, and their customer service is incredible!"
Shameful lack of customer care
Within 5 minutes of placing my order I realised it was going to my old address. It has an active Royal Mail redirect on it which they persist in ignoring. So I emailed Tatcha customer services but heard nothing. This was on the Friday. I called their tel no on the Monday and it cut off. I contact Unilever through their online form but have heard nothing. I have emailed Tatcha again and have heard nothing. For a higher end beauty co, this lack of customer service is appalling.
Small hiccup, sorted
My parcel arrived, beautifully packaged. I was excited to look inside. Sadly the promotional free gift was not in the box. I emailed Tacha to ask for advice. I was fortunate to receive a reply from Judah, she sorted out the problem in no time at all and the said item is on its way to me. Judah’s customer service was first class. I look forward to a new experience with Tacha’s skincare. Many thanks to Judah

Failed promo code - resolved fully and quickly
Bought some products and used a code to apply a free gift. Gift appeared in basket but not in order confirmation. I emailed customer support (phone didn’t work) and after reading the reviews on Trustpilot, thought I’d have a long job ahead of me trying to resolve but instead the customer service team had it all fixed in a morning! They were very accommodating and understanding. Plus they have escalated to IT to prevent issue happening to others. What a relief!
