Tacha is amazing leaves my skin feeling hydrated and plumped perfect in the summer for a glow and perfect in winter for hydrated dewy skin

Very disappointed in this so called luxury company. My very expensive item never arrived and I have raised multiple tickets on their online customer service system all of which have gone unanswered. There is no way to get in touch with customer service except via a bot that doesn’t respond.

Love tatcha. I started using them a while ago. Loved everything about it but it was too expensive.

Since trying other skincare, I still think tatcha is too expensive, but is worth the price for the way my skin feels and overall aroma and experience of the products. It has now become my official skincare routine.... But I do have to budget.

I ordered a product on July 19, 2024. According to the tracking order it was not shipped until July 22, which is understandable. At first, the tracking update claimed shipping arrival would be July 28, now it says July 30. We will see! If I ordered the cream from Sephora, I would have received on or about July 22. I emailed the company and the response was basically: "we are in San Francisco so it takes time." They obviously send products via the cheapest method-- not good for an expensive product. Just be transparent, either charge for shipping or send much quicker.

It doesn’t have Discount and offer as much as US, I am wondering why there should be a difference between UK and US ? Always I check tatcha.com there is some discount or offer but in matcha.co.uk there is never discount. I am a customer for over 2 years and not happy with this

Very upset. Applied the discount code to my order only to find that I’ve paid the full price for my items, even though the code was applied and a green valid tick. Can’t get anyone on the phone or via their online chat…. Be careful when shopping these sales. I now need to return these goods and a very long process of getting a refund. Non existent customer service!

When placing my order with Tatcha I did not see where to enter my discount code and went through to 'Thank you your order has been placed ". My discount code was for 25% so I emailed the Customer service and they were quick to respond. They honoured my discount code providing a refund. Very happy 😁

Great customer service. I'd never ordered from the Tatcha website before and unfortunately their code wouldn't work so i made my order but emailed after to say the same. Tatcha apologized right away and sent me the GWP as a gesture of goodwill. Very happy 😊

Recently placed my first order, and I only realised I made a typo in my address when the parcel was undelivered and was in the process to be sent back. Emailed customer service to let them know, I was completely prepared for back and forths and wait until my order arrived back with Tatcha, when I got a reply from their customer service that a replacement is on the way, and they corrected my mistake on my address. The fact that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Excellent service despite the mistake was mine.
Also to add - the products are on a completely different level. The sensori experience is just divine. Looking forward to explore more of their range.

After a couple of back and forth emails the technical issue was resolved satisfactorily.
