Stacey has been brilliant keeps us updated weekly but also when iv forgot to call off any fuel she acts very quickly so i can keep site going with machines

I was let down last minute by another provider. Tate Oil came to my rescue. Excellent transparent service, great prices. My first choice from now on.

This morning I spoke to Ben to help organise fuel deliveries over the year. He was so helpful and was quickly sorted. I have had such fabulous service from Tate since ordering from them.

This is partly a complaint about Tate and partly Boilerjuice. Ordered fuel through Boilerjuice and was led to believe it had been delivered. On 30th December my boiler stops working as tank is dry. After several conversations with Boilerjuice, no one is any the wiser where the fuel was delivered and neither Tate nor Boilerjuice want to accept any responsibility for the non-delivery or subsequent additional costs to me to have an emergency delivery and getting an engineer out to bleed the system. If anything they are trying to blame me and hide behind a web of lies from the driver concerned.

Moral of story is don't use Boilerjuice or Tate

Sara has gone above and beyond to help deliver oil to our house quickly, despite the snow and ice around. Thank you so much - brilliant customer service.

This company is customer focused, very responsive and helpful in particular during emergencies such as waking up to find your tank is on empty between Xmas and New Years Day. We now have a plan agreed to minimise this risk.
You can trust them to deliver in a timely manner and the drivers are friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

Stacey at Tate Oil has been my main contact for our company for the last few years and is an absolute joy to work with. Our Account Manager, Matthew Rawes is great at his job. Rate/lead time requests are quickly answered enabling me to get a fuel order placed without faffing around. Tate Oil always deliver when they say they'll deliver so always reliable.......have never let me down - thanks!

Since moving house and now using oil for the first time in my life, I contacted Tate Oil in Otley, who are the most local to where I live. I am delighted to say my experience of them is second to none in terms of suppliers, even for my modest size of order and I have a dedicated member of their team and always place my order with Rhett.
He is an outstanding example of excellent customer care and service and has got me out of trouble when I have left it late to order a refill of my tank, so that we have never run out and Rhett is a valuable asset to this business, with his courtesy, enthusiasm and willingness to help!

Incredibly annoying and loud engine/pump at Otley site. Cannot sleep with windows open. Horrible place to live near. Feel sorry for the people whose houses are literally in front of this place. We live a couple of streets away and can still hear the noise from this place all day.

No prompt to make this review and I rarely do but total service warrants this…. Would never use any other service provider for our heating oil. Thank you

Absolutely abysmal company.

They put the wrong fuel (diesel) into a petrol tank at my local garage and are proper dragging their heels to resolve the issue and put my out of pocket expenses back to me, let alone discuss compensation.

It has, so far, taken 11 days to let us know they have 'sent it onto their insurance for consideration' .... ELEVEN DAYS. Some people that put fuel in might not have enough money to get the tank drained and/or replace the fuel they pumped incorrectly due to TATE OILS incompetence.

Currently, with the cost of fuel and drain/flush of the system we are circa £500 out of pocket ... and they won't take calls to discuss further checks at main dealers with costs covered as I am concerned that my 2 year old car may have long lasting damage due to their incompetence.

Your customer service (or lack thereof) is shocking.

Dealing with Tate oil is always a pleasure, they are fast efficient and often help me out with quick delivery.
Rhett Lewis was particularly helpful the last time we spoke.

I was shocked at the efficiency of Tate, I spoke to Emma Raffety only a couple of days ago and my order arrived today.
Emma kept me informed and processed the order quickly.
